Was having issues with the quality of the food (asked kindly if it could be either remade or any other available option since this is food I’m paying for) the manager named Blanca came up to me and was incredibly rude. Poor worker was attempting to accommodate when Blanca stepped in and escalated the situation over Honey Walnut Shrimp and Chow Mein! Was incredibly rude and not acting as management should. Unless she’s gone, will NOT be getting Panda.

Horrible service, the poor workers I was talking to were attempting to give good service when their manager named Blanca (I’m assuming) tasked them with a crazy amount of workload and left me to wait an extra 20 mins for my food. Management seems to really take advantage of their workers. Seems incredibly concerning and that reflects back on their service. Ruined Panda for me.

I went today Thursday 2/26/26 and it was so busy, i saw people inside and i was in the drive thru and the line. It went all the way to the front door but the line moved so fast !!! i thought i was gonna be waiting at least 30 minutes and i went right through and got my food fast and hot !!! i dont usually leave reviews on places but this seriously needed 5 stars

you guys should consider having someone do Uber eats orders so that the customer does not have to wait longer for the food😇 your drive through lines can be lengthy 😅 thanks

I just came and my server was Mia T she got my order wrong at the drive through which is fine I pull up and we corrected it than she gave me my food and it was missing an item I explained that to her, she than goes to grab what was supposed to be fried rice, and gives me white rice. Im still being nice because I just want what I paid for and than she goes to get the fried rice brushing me off and instead of handing it to me she hands it to the girl next to her very rude when she messed up my order 3 different times and I was nice the whole interaction

Been coming here for years. Today, I'm disappointed with the small portions. I ordered white rice and super greens and I received little rice and 3 pieces of broccoli.. I don't think I'll be coming back for awhile
