Got someone else’s order, which i didn’t like and gave it to the three dogs, the female dog liked it and ate it all because the other two males dogs couldn’t eat it but the Manager Daniel i think or maybe that was the order taker’s name but yeah, the mgr was extremely pleasant, apologetic, courteous and I’ll pick up what i ordered next time I’m in the area…I’m not sure which type of chicken it was but it was two types and i ordered steak and shrimp and it had low mein and i ordered double fried rice.

Called Mason/Manager 20min beforehand to ask about steak. Got there and polite lady said there never was any. What made me put this review is the silly chicken noises when having to choose chicken when I should've just cancelled my entire order in the first place. No wonder this place got bad reviews. If there wasn't gonna be any steak; why not just tell me instead of wasting gas?
Mason/Manager, said there would be steak. Told him I'd be coming in 20min. Lady taking orders said no steak at all. Sucks to hear chicken noises while settling for an order of chicken as well and being told one thing then getting another.Thanks Mason
This is my second review, I want to express my appreciation to Mia that helped resolve my issue. She is an awesome employee that cares about having great customer service! There was an employee that served a very small portion on my plate, I've been a loyal Panda Express Customer for years so I knew when I saw it that the portion was too small, if it would've been left this way it would have been a huge disappointment. Thank God that Mia came to the rescue and helped to fix the problem with the correct portion size and was very courteous, respectful and professional! I can tell that she cares about having good customer service which is good for business. I honestly feel that she deserves a raise for her good and hard work. I will definitely keep coming back to this Panda Express because of the excellent customer service that Mia gave. Thank you Mia! Sincerely, Angel.....
Thank you for having awesome employees like Biyun! She was awesome at attending me and offering any other items available. I've never had the chance to actually sit down in here but the people are always nice and the food is nice and saucy. Music indoors is a little overwhelming if I were to sit to enjoy the meal, but nevertheless food and service is totally top notch 👌

Service was horrible. I asked for honey walnut shrimp, they said it would be sc wait which is understandable, I asked gore long of a wait and she asked if I just didn't want to change it for anything else. So I asked again, they said 5 min. I decided to wait. I asked for mushroom chicken, again she said she was out of mushroom, and without asking she just said 15 min, I said to sodas or additional sides. So i said no to the donation and she said "u tampoco" which translate to "hmm not that either". It was just bad

This is our usual go to restaurant if we want Panda Express. We were not given our extra fried rice & there were no fortune cookies in our bag.

I ordered the bigger plate with two orders of broccoli, beef, and one order of shrimp. This is my normal order when I use DoorDash, but I switched because I like Postmates better but the store filled rice underneath my broccoli beef because they didn't have enough. I guess for two orders of it and an order of shrimp normally they would put the shrimp in the to go box and put two things of broccoli beef in myStyrofoam plate with the rice. I got skimmed on my food and there's no way that I could find to complain on Postmates .

It’s sad that this place continues to not have fresh food on the ready your forced to wait, it’s bad enough the portions have gone down and prices have gone up. I was disappointed in my recent visit that I even called them out for always shortening my beef and broccoli portion I asked if they can at-least give more than a few more beef pieces. I said it’s called beef and broccoli not broccoli with sole beef. If I did not want that much beef I would have ordered the veggies instead. The server decided to add a whole 2 extra beef pieces( the tiny ones Ofcourse) and stated that their rules are only 5 beef pieces for portion. I could not believe she said that they actually count how many pieces of meat you receiving.

Always out of choices, their excuse due to online orders. If this is an on going thing make extra food simple solution. Come on management learn how to walk, talk and chew gum at the same time. Its not rocket science make more food. And also I dont know if its just me, but my friends and I think our serving trays are much smaller than before. Bring your prices down if your going to cheat us on your small serving portions with the smaller trays.

Panda Express Manager Interaction with Autism Students
Our recent experience at a Panda Express location highlighted an opportunity for greater understanding and inclusivity when interacting with children on the autism spectrum. My kids, who attend a specialized autism school, earned reward cards through the Read with Me Program—a valuable initiative promoting literacy in Arizona, where elementary reading levels are critically low.
During an outing with their respite provider, a manager directly questioned my children about why they had several cards and what school they attended, rather than speaking to the adult with them. This left my children upset, feeling as though they had broken a rule, despite their rightful use of the rewards they earned through hard work.
When I followed up, the manager, while courteous, expressed skepticism and conflated the program with unrelated school fundraisers, declining my offer to connect her with the school for clarification. Although she ultimately accepted the cards as a courtesy, the incident caused my children to lose confidence in using their rewards.
I encourage Panda Express to provide staff with autism-awareness training and clear guidelines for reward programs to avoid similar situations in the future. We value their commitment to literacy programs and hope this can serve as a moment to grow in inclusivity and understanding.
