I placed an order on the app and as soon as I placed it, I noticed that I had placed it at the wrong location. I called to cancel order and I called about 10 times and they never picked up. I ended up driving 40 min to pick up the food. The girl helping with pick up orders gave poor customer service, to top it off I order the bigger plate and portions were very small. Very disappointed.

Just walked into this location was craving some panda today first thing I noticed was the girl at the cashier counting money than she walks over to me to take my order not washing her hands with her fingers inside of the plate. That is nasty and someone can get sick stay away from this location. If that’s done in front of a customer imagine what we don’t see

I ordered delivery for the 3 entry plate and got 3 large broccoli pieces and a tiny scrabble of beef. Broccoli filled the entire container and no beef for the beef entry!
Having relocated from Missouri to Arizona a year ago, I can confidently say that this has become my favorite Panda restaurant. The staff consistently demonstrates exceptional friendliness and attentiveness. Jewels, in particular, stands out for her dedication to going above and beyond for customers. I wholeheartedly recommend her for a management position, as she truly exemplifies outstanding service.

This location made me quit Panda express permanently. The food tastes like it was first dipped in street run off water then left in a dog kennel all day before being served to you cold. The staff all sound like they have a mouth full of marbles and always seem to have something else to do besides their job. Why are you closing and cleaning at 7pm instead of making fresh food? I'm convinced the staff only clock in to do the bare minimum to pay for their lip filler addiction.
