This was on same day as first mess up but this time went with my nephew who wanted panda because i had got panda earlier and the only problem with both his and my order was the rice under cooked and on my teriyaki chicken, the chicken was full of fat and skin, and was gummie or chewy meat. So that’s strike two but didn’t call to complain because it was too late in the evening and forgot to call the next day. 🤷‍♂️

If you order online, ask an hour before so that your order is ready and with luck, they don't change a normal soda for a diet one either.

I just wanted to leave this review because anytime I go to any fast food restaurant around this area people seem to just be rude and in a bad mood. I believe who was serving and at the register today Ashley M I think. Young lady with glasses was super sweet, it was just the way she treated me today made me very comfortable.

Horrible service. What is the point of ordering online only to be told we have to wait in line for the workers to make our food that we pre-ordered and pre-paid for online to be ready for pick up. The food was not hot and ready it was cold the line was atrocious because the workers didn’t have food in the trays. Horrible service, horrible employees, they need to get a better system. Do NOT order online as you will you have the same luck going in person.

I haven't had issues with this location. Every now and then, you will have to wait for them to replenish the food, which doesn't bother me because it's fresh. I never eat at the there, always choosing to take it with me. The portion sizes are always consistent. I have downloaded their app, but I I normally forget to use it. Overall, it's a great place for a quick fix when you have a craving for Chinese food

Slowest place in the world. They will make all of their online orders and pretend like you aren't even there. Then run out of food and tell you you have to wait 15 minutes..then make online orders again.

No Acknowledgment from anybody when entering Serviced by the manager, very rude did not make me feel welcome to whatsoever. Felt like I was a burden or a bother to her being There. Although I only ordered a cub meal, there was literally like three pieces of broccoli and two pieces of meat lol I asked for vegetables and place of rice and was told it would be 45 minutes to an hour wait for them to cook them on my lunch break I opted out would not recommend going to Location. I know I won’t ever again.
