I ordered on Easter Sunday, said they would be open at 9:30 and my order would be ready by 9:45 AM, got there at 9:45 and it wasn’t even open yet. Waited in the rain while trying to get to work, called them when I finally seen someone pull up and took me like 5 calls for them to finally answer and he said that nobody else was there and my food wouldn’t be ready for another hour I asked for a refund which he couldn’t do, because he’s not a manager so he took my number down and said he would have someone call me back, nobody called and now I’m calling the next day, have already called several times and nobody can answer the phone. Seriously so inconvenient and annoying.

no hate to the workers. They tried their best and are probably not paid that well to begin with. I got crazy bad food poisoning after eating here. Like I woke up in the middle of the night because of the pain.

Help me understand this, the cook goes on break at 1PM, there’s only 3-5 items to choose from until the cook gets back. Anytime between 11AM - 2PM is the lunch rush. So we formed a line inside of the store waiting for the cook to return. No saying the cook doesn’t deserve a break, but the timing is wrong!

Very bad food service, they serve very little portion. And very dirty place. All the tables were dirty. And Alandra V was the one who served us, I think it helps as she eats very little. I'm not coming back???

They didn't give me what I asked for and bad chowmein. 3 pieces of Orange Chicken and they needed to put the broccoli beef in Lis 2 dishes it didn't come back and I don't recommend
Should have looked at reviews. This store is in a corner. No drive thru. Went in just before noon. Food trays empty or low. My orange chicken etc had been under the lamps too long. I won't come here again. Also, service is slow with attitude.
I get that Panda Express isn't a special place with special food, but it should at least be cooked properly. We got 3 bowls, and the fried rice had rice that was crunchy, and not even cooked all the way through. Pictured is all the broccoli in the "brocoli beef" entree which only had about 4 small pieces of beef in it! The brocolli was also yellow and overall the food was NOT worth it for a ridiculous price of $29. Employees are so busy that you need to wait until you get attention, and customer service was not the greatest. I do not recommend here unless you want to waste your money. This location should learn how to cook their food properly, I would have dismissed the service. Go to another place around here

Arrived just after noon, one person on the serving line, no help, bad service with a bad attitude. Very little food ready on the serving line, cook was eating lunch when we came in. All around worst Panda Express we have ever been to!!! Cannot recommend, this location needs management and help fast.
