I noticed, as I was waiting for my food to be prepared at this location, that the cook was spreading scoops of cheese, individual pepperonis, and other toppings on others’ pizzas while not wearing gloves. I also noticed that the workers that were boxing the pizzas were not wearing gloves. Above them, on the wall, there was a basket filled with different sizes of food handlers’ gloves.
I brought this to the manager on duty’s attention, and she informed me that the workers who box the pizza do not make direct contact with the food, and that the food that goes in the oven is heated to 500°, as if that was supposed to provide me the level of reassurance I needed to allow them not to follow standard operating procedures. The fact that there are gloves on site at both the cooking station, and the boxing station demonstrates that the gloves should be worn regardless of the temperature of the oven. Thankfully, my pizza was made and boxed with gloves on, but I would never come back to this location again.
The Avondale location off of McDowell is so much better.

Did an online order once I got there asked for my order said 10 minutes waited another 35 total in 60 minutes never got the food. It was loud couldn’t hear and I think one of the managers was remaking pizzas with no gloves. Do not go there.

Happened to interact with the manager twice during the same visit, once when she was called over by another worker to help with an issue and once when she was working at the counter. Both times she seemed to have no interest in being helpful. When she was called over to resolve an issue, she offered no solution to the employee and just walked away. During the second interaction, she acknowledged my request, performed a couple of other tasks, and then seemed to forget that I had asked for something. Had to ask again, at which point she once again did a couple other tasks before providing what I asked for.

This was one of the better set up Peter Piper Pizza's that i've ever been inside of, it has a big built in play yard for kids,as well as an arcade. Which explains why almost every table was reserved for a birthday party on Saturday. Had an enjoyable lunch with family and some fun in the arcade.

Emma, was our hostess for our son's 10th birthday party. She was great!!! From The moment she greeted us till we left, she handled everything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We are definitely coming back and recommending Peter piper.

I think my review was deleted because it was that bad. Took my grandsons and daughter for buffet and some play time. I paid over $100 for 3 of us and barely got any pizza and they have an awesome play area that OF COURSE kids want to play on...kicker is...it's NOT free and you have to pay $10 each kid and have THEIR socks. The buffet took forever to replenish and no salads and hardly any pasta...don't think your getting a deal by no means. We were very disappointed on how bad this place was considering the price we paid. Do better PPP.

I haven’t visited this location in over a year due to being out of the state but first time back here and it feels the even better. there’s a play area which is fun for the kids, my kids had so much fun. The staff was friendly and helpful. there was a young lady with pink hair who was really helpful i believe she told me her name was Vanessa and another who i believe was a manger too her name was Amy was a real nice lady as well. 10/10 would recommend again
