If there was a way to add negative 5 stars I would. I ordered my food online at 3:50 and the food was supposed to be ready at 4:20. I got there at 4:20 and had to wait ten minutes just to get to the register. The place was empty except for about three families but the people ordering had huge orders. I finally get to the register and was told breadsticks would take another five minutes. I sat right in front where they could see me and another TWENTY MINUTES goes by they still don’t call my name. I go to the register and the manager went and got my breadsticks. Just pulled them out of the back. She handed me my order with no apologies about the wait just a blank stare. Needless to say my pizza was completely cold. Horrible customer service!! Don’t go to this location (Dysart and Van Buren), it’s very poorly managed.

I came in for my nephew's birthday. Honestly I wasn't expecting much; I've had plenty of parties at Charles Entertainment Cheese's establishment in my youth and I've never been impressed. However, I was left astonished by the quality of my meal.
On account of my mild autism, I find it difficult to enjoy meat that isn't well done and crispy so I tend to generally avoid eating wings and the sort. The night I was there was different—I was craving. I took the risk and asked for well done wings at the register. It was love at first bite. Or, crunch, rather. They were fried to perfection and I must have wolfed the entire basket in a minute flat. My heart goes out to the lovely and accommodating cashier, her name was Emma (or perhaps Ema? forgive me if I'm misspelling her name), and the kitchen staff for honoring my request.
The pizza was alright too, I suppose. I'm not the best person to ask as I'm rather persnickety about pepperonis, which is what we had. I can't fault anyone for that, pepperoni is among the most popular pizza to order. Normally, I would dock a star for this but the quality of the wings have surpassed my personal gripe with the platonic pepperoni pizza.
Now, this is where I truly must deduct points. I realize that normally this isn't so much my sort of scene. I have no children of my own as at home it's just me, my platonic life partner, and our indoor plants. I live a quiet life but I still love regulated contact with my nieces and nephews which are usually on holidays or birthdays. That being said, the lights from the arcade machines, the children playing, the televisions, and the smells all had me feeling a touch more overstimulated than I would have liked to have put up with. Thankfully, I'm good at "masking" as my partner tells me, so it certainly wasn't bad enough for me to have a conniption. I'm aware that this is simply my autism speaking but I owe it to myself and the integrity of my review to accurately account for my experience at Peter Piper Pizza.
In short, if I'm to attend future birthday parties for my young relatives, I hope I have the honor of attending at this particular location again where you can bet that I will be hungry for more wings. Thank you all for your service.

I asked for large pizza and it took over an hour to get to out the counter was filled with recites and and then they made my half pepperoni half ham with pineapple and it was literally 3 slices of pineapple pizza and cheese pizza with ONLY 4 PEPPERONIS. Still waited 30 minutes for the right order to come out:|
Came to this location recently haven't been to Peter Piper in awhile since my kids just got to the age where they could actually enjoy playing games
we decided to go here since it was close to the house and we were sadly all disappointed in the experience
There wasn't really alot of games for the kids to play and on top of that half of the games are out of order or don't work how they're supposed to work
Lost quite a bit of points from games that would take them and not start
Wouldn't recommend coming to this location

The food was good. The service was ok, sometimes a little rude. They made a mistake with the order . I had to wait for them to remake it. No sense of urgency. While the rest of my food got cold. I waited about thirty minutes for them to complete my order . Take out!!!!!! No apologies given.

Almost all the games.were.not working. They take the card nut not let you play. They had no one on duty who knew how to fix. A lot of the games that worked were broken also, which made it hard.
Kid-friendliness: It was nice for your birthday party. Would have been worth the price if all the games actually worked.

Every time I've ordered pizza from this location I have been satisfied and happy with the quality and flavor. The only gripe I've got is that the toppings aren't really consistent. When a topping is $2.98 and there's barely any amount on the pizza it can be frustrating. They are kind of stingy with all toppings. It's still made with good ingredients, I meant that and the pizza tastes great. I just will sometimes find myself wishing for more topping quality and distribution. This place has been here for a long time, I hope it stays for even longer.
