All the staff we've interacted with have all been outstanding! Kid friendly environment from the games, the play park, our 5 year loves coming here. We signed up for the family savings pass and we have been enjoying the arcade play and trampolines for the kids. Great location!

Peter, Piper Pizza is always good. I don't really care for the new built jungle gym. That is right next to all the seating. I enjoyed the wall that separated the games that blocked all the noise but now they built this ridiculously large ugly playpen thing. I don't know what the hell it is. What's really stupid is they actually charge kids to go through it and they offer an all-day pass fighting. It doesn't get any more done than that. Oh, and the bathrooms are always dirty and smell

Haven’t been to this Peter Piper Pizza due to bad service 5-6 months ago. I decided to try it out again with my kids Sunday night November 16, and let me tell you best service ever the kids that were running it they were all profesional and they were awesome. The manager on night don’t know his name but awesome job man will definitely be going again.

Ordered original and dined in but when they called my husbands name it’s clearly thin crust he went back to the guy to ask he said it was original even receipt says original and we haven’t dined in for a long time but disappointed we didn’t get the pizza we ordered and a fly kept bothering us the whole time too. Cashier was Jay he was awesome great worker but he was not the worker my husband spoke to about questioning if our pizza was in fact thin crust

I'm really disappointed with my experience at Peter Piper Pizza. specialty pizza, my pizza was burnt. I didn’t notice until I got home. I tried to call no one‘s answering. It just sounds busy so dissatisfied.
Been waiting in line for 15 minutes to order the lunch buffet. Ask the manager twice for help she said the line would move fast but it didn’t. You should allow someone to order it in the app!

Food was fair but my grandson had a great time. Our table server was a young man named Ileyan. He came by a number of times to see if we needed anything. Did a great job and was very kind and helpful. Thank you Ileyan!

I noticed, as I was waiting for my food to be prepared at this location, that the cook was spreading scoops of cheese, individual pepperonis, and other toppings on others’ pizzas while not wearing gloves. I also noticed that the workers that were boxing the pizzas were not wearing gloves. Above them, on the wall, there was a basket filled with different sizes of food handlers’ gloves.
I brought this to the manager on duty’s attention, and she informed me that the workers who box the pizza do not make direct contact with the food, and that the food that goes in the oven is heated to 500°, as if that was supposed to provide me the level of reassurance I needed to allow them not to follow standard operating procedures. The fact that there are gloves on site at both the cooking station, and the boxing station demonstrates that the gloves should be worn regardless of the temperature of the oven. Thankfully, my pizza was made and boxed with gloves on, but I would never come back to this location again.
The Avondale location off of McDowell is so much better.
