I do not recommend this peter piper. We visited this location with friends after our daughter’s dance recital and the service was terrible. 20 min wait for beer and a 45 min wait for a salad. I would love to give them the benefit of the doubt just that they were busy, however the manager was straight up rude. My mother ordered a small salad with chicken. it took almost 50 minutes. When I asked why it was taking so long she responded by saying we were waiting for the chicken. When I stated that it had been about 30 minutes since she ordered and it was concerning it wasn’t ready she revealed that it was because the chicken was never dropped. After that I would expect an apology but she didn’t even take accountability as the manager that they messed up. She said that wasn’t her area and it was a completely separate area. I feel as though a manager should be aware of all the areas in order to ensure food is coming out correctly. At this point I asked her for the information of the general manager, she said she would look for a business card then came back and said she did have one but I could look it up online. I can not speak to the customer service and attitude of the other staff members but manager had a terrible demeanor. Would not recommend go to the other location up the road.

Due to last minute weather we needed to move a birthday party to an indoor place and Peter Piper Pizza accommodated us with ease. Our front cashier was awesome. (Sorry, didn't catch her name). Kids had a blast.

Games are wore down, and all the kids play place was torn down. Skee balls are missing, ping pong balls, and basketballs too. Just seemed like a dead vibe from an old place. Needs a face-lift for sure

Usually this peter piper is good, but now when i order online the quality seems to go down. My latest pizza seems like theu missed with the cheese since almost half the slices ate missing cheese

I am absolutely furious with the experience I had at Peter Piper Pizza. From start to finish, it was completely unacceptable and honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

First, my pizza came out completely burnt. Not just a little overcooked—it was blackened and dry, and my son couldn’t even eat the top layer. This was supposed to be a treat for him, and it was ruined. Then I discovered hair in my wings. Hair. In my food. That alone is disgusting and unacceptable.

I brought these serious issues to the staff and not one person offered an apology, a refund, or even a basic acknowledgment that this was a problem. They just remade the order like it was no big deal. On top of that, I ordered jalapeño cheddar cheese sauce and was given cheddar bacon, which I didn’t ask for. At that point, it felt like nobody was even paying attention.

To make matters worse, someone threw away my to-go box while I was still sitting at the table. No one asked, no one checked—they just threw it away like my time and money didn’t matter. The lack of respect and attention to detail was infuriating.

And let’s not ignore how filthy the restaurant was. Tables were sticky, seats were visibly dirty, and trash was all over the floor. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. It was honestly embarrassing to be there, especially with my child.

This visit was a complete disaster. The food was unacceptable, the customer service was nonexistent, and the environment was disgusting. I am beyond disappointed. I expect to be contacted by management immediately with an apology and a refund. This level of carelessness and disrespect is not something I’m willing to let slide.

If there was a way to add negative 5 stars I would. I ordered my food online at 3:50 and the food was supposed to be ready at 4:20. I got there at 4:20 and had to wait ten minutes just to get to the register. The place was empty except for about three families but the people ordering had huge orders. I finally get to the register and was told breadsticks would take another five minutes. I sat right in front where they could see me and another TWENTY MINUTES goes by they still don’t call my name. I go to the register and the manager went and got my breadsticks. Just pulled them out of the back. She handed me my order with no apologies about the wait just a blank stare. Needless to say my pizza was completely cold. Horrible customer service!! Don’t go to this location (Dysart and Van Buren), it’s very poorly managed.

I came in for my nephew's birthday. Honestly I wasn't expecting much; I've had plenty of parties at Charles Entertainment Cheese's establishment in my youth and I've never been impressed. However, I was left astonished by the quality of my meal.

On account of my mild autism, I find it difficult to enjoy meat that isn't well done and crispy so I tend to generally avoid eating wings and the sort. The night I was there was different—I was craving. I took the risk and asked for well done wings at the register. It was love at first bite. Or, crunch, rather. They were fried to perfection and I must have wolfed the entire basket in a minute flat. My heart goes out to the lovely and accommodating cashier, her name was Emma (or perhaps Ema? forgive me if I'm misspelling her name), and the kitchen staff for honoring my request.

The pizza was alright too, I suppose. I'm not the best person to ask as I'm rather persnickety about pepperonis, which is what we had. I can't fault anyone for that, pepperoni is among the most popular pizza to order. Normally, I would dock a star for this but the quality of the wings have surpassed my personal gripe with the platonic pepperoni pizza.

Now, this is where I truly must deduct points. I realize that normally this isn't so much my sort of scene. I have no children of my own as at home it's just me, my platonic life partner, and our indoor plants. I live a quiet life but I still love regulated contact with my nieces and nephews which are usually on holidays or birthdays. That being said, the lights from the arcade machines, the children playing, the televisions, and the smells all had me feeling a touch more overstimulated than I would have liked to have put up with. Thankfully, I'm good at "masking" as my partner tells me, so it certainly wasn't bad enough for me to have a conniption. I'm aware that this is simply my autism speaking but I owe it to myself and the integrity of my review to accurately account for my experience at Peter Piper Pizza.

In short, if I'm to attend future birthday parties for my young relatives, I hope I have the honor of attending at this particular location again where you can bet that I will be hungry for more wings. Thank you all for your service.

I asked for large pizza and it took over an hour to get to out the counter was filled with recites and and then they made my half pepperoni half ham with pineapple and it was literally 3 slices of pineapple pizza and cheese pizza with ONLY 4 PEPPERONIS. Still waited 30 minutes for the right order to come out:|

Came to this location recently haven't been to Peter Piper in awhile since my kids just got to the age where they could actually enjoy playing games
we decided to go here since it was close to the house and we were sadly all disappointed in the experience
There wasn't really alot of games for the kids to play and on top of that half of the games are out of order or don't work how they're supposed to work
Lost quite a bit of points from games that would take them and not start
Wouldn't recommend coming to this location
