Manager rose is not respectful and threw away so many pizzas that we had asked if we could buy so she didnt have to waste she attended us at the cash register and even needed help to be able to manage the register. Who ever is in charge to put give the position should reconsider.

We typically order from the Surprise location and are never disappointed with the food. We had an order for family of five delivered tonight and will never order from this store again. The pizza was cold but most importantly had no sauce on it, we ate bread with melted cheese. The rest of the order was cold but we reheated. For over a hundred dollars very disappointing. Pick a different location.

Pizza Dough made fresh daily. Pizza made with real Cheese.Vegetarian options: We ate Cheese Pizza, and Salad with Mandarin, Cranberry, and Sunflowerseeds.Parking: Many Park slots next to the Entrence.Kid-friendliness: Acade for kids, and adults while waiting.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrence door and restrooms without stars and big doors.

Pizza was "old"/not fresh at 12:45 on Tues 1/2/2024.No dessert pizza. Staff said they were out of cinnamon (I asked about raspberry), they had no more pans, and they had no more crust for the dessert. So 1 hour before the buffet closes, no more dessert pizza.Mac & Cheese tasted burnt.

Online and phone orders are not tracked very well by the onsite staff here, go somewhere else as you will be disappointed to not see your order ready for pickup. Also the person taking your phone order works from home and has no visibility on what is available in the menu. If you ordered something they don’t have available the onsite staff will just substitute with another unwanted item. The staff is also not very helpful. Bad experience!

Food was good. Just a little disappointed that we got our pizza way after our wings. Service was good as well. The reason for my 3 starts is because almost every other game either wasn't working or was off. But no signs of out of order. Also my husband ordered a pitcher of Michelob Ultra and he said it was nasty like if it were an old keg he didn't even finish the pitcher This was a little disappointing. But overall everything else was good. It was pretty quite for being a Friday afternoon.

Service from a young man named, Randy, was efficient and friendly! This was a welcome surprise. This location has a great game selection (superior to other nearby locations). I do wish they would lower the volume on some of the games. My head hurts after hanging in the arcade too long. Kids, of course, do not mind that. Seating is plentiful at this location. We called in our order ahead of time, and we were disappointed that calls seemed to now be directed to a general call center instead of to the actual location we were visiting. I know this because the man was telling me that he didn't have the fountain beverages my kids wanted available. I knew that was not true because we have been to this location many times and always ordered Sobe Life Water & fruit punch. I just told the guy to forget it & I would order the drinks on location upon arrival. Anyway, Randy was the highlight. Props to him for smiling and entertaining my little one's humor. Much appreciated in this day and age. I hope management reads this & gives him proper acknowledgment for stellar service.Also, Carlos, who helped my kids have an epic experience at the prize counter is certainly worth a mention. He was super friendly, smiling, and happy to assist. :-)
