We celebrated ours son’s 5th bday at this location and we couldn’t be more grateful for the service we received. Our table reservation was ready to go and we were able to decorate without any problems. Our food orders were coming out quickly, made it easy for us to host our guest. All the kids enjoyed the new jungle gym! We can’t wait to celebrate more parties here.

Food has gotten expensive and customer service has gone down drastically. I’m disappointed because this used to be my go to place. Most of their places are ran by teenagers with some not really caring or doing the absolute least. Important to note not all employees are bad. I have had some positive interactions in the past. My review is more recent. There is virtually no communication with the customer and no sense of urgency. The games are almost always broken. Overall we have stopped visiting all PPP locations. Hope you all figure this out soon.

Seriously? You have an area of slides and other activities that you have to pay for! $12! And then it's not even enclosed and you expect small children to understand they can't go on it! The game cards are absolutely ridiculous! The kitchen door is easily opened by even a 1 year old! Next time I'll find a McDonald's with a PlayPlace!

We came on a Wednesday afternoon about 5 o’clock they got out our food pretty fast. Most of the seats were covered in cheese, but I don’t expect much from a kids place. All I have to say is do not get the chicken wings. It’s not worth it. One of the chicken wings was smaller than my thumb was not worth the price other than that it was good pizza tasted aa good as usual
