Went there on Saturday night 5-24-25. My family and I ordered a specialty pizza NY 3 cheese and it had no sauce even tho we had requested extra sauce. Dissatisfied, I asked and they offered to remake it but it turned out much worse than the 1st order so I asked for money back instead, disappointed experience.

Great place to have children’s birthdays. The prices for pizza packages with the games included make for an expensive outing but overall it’s a great place for the kids to have a blast and as always the pizza is GREAT!
Side note 😳…. And this is how we prepare our youth for when they grow up and want to be entertained at the casinos lol “Casino Peter Piper”

Pizza here is great! Busy as usual but there was only 1 employee attending the front register. As a result, had to wait about 10 to be helped in my carryout order. That's the only thing that could have been better about my visit there. I'll be back.

My daughter lost her play card right after paying for it. I went to the cashier, and both young ladies who were at the counter were no help and did not try to ask the manager. Then I happened to bump into Mario, the manager, and happened to let him know my situation, and he gladly took action and helped me out. I appreciate Mario's help here at the Peter Piper on 99th and mcdowell.

2 employees told us we could leave our food & drinks at the table while kids played a few games. But after we walked over there, the girl we spoke to ( who was also at prize redemption counter part tme) threw our food/drinks away. When we told manager he didn't want to give girls name so had us wait 20 minutes & then gave us one small kids personal pizza to share between the 4 of us. When we asked for her name again & complained, we had almost whole large pizza, he said to wait another 20 minutes & he would make it right. After waiting all that time, he gave us another kids pizza. Refused to give employees name. When kids redeemed their tickets earlier, she was so rude to us. One child was in tears. She kept talking to other kids & asking what toys they wanted instead of completing my children's redemption. The manager said I could look up the corporate number online instead of giving me the number.
