Ordered 4 large pizzas. 3 were drastically undercooked. I saw other people making the same complaint. The young manager on shift took everyone’s pizzas that were undercooked and put them back in the oven. Not sure department of health would approve. When they came out, they were way overdone. It appears to me that the oven may need to be recalibrated or staff is grabbing the pizzas to earlier from the oven.

I had a great experience with Natalie at this location. My family and I were hungry on a Friday night and when I picked up our order one of our pizzas was missing the extra sauce. I hate having to ask for a remake on a pizza but she made me comfortable enough to know they’re not busy and she’ll have it remade and it would take 5-8 mins. She went above and beyond after a long day at work. Thank you, Natalie!

I put in an order, when I went to pick it up it was wrong. They said when you call in an order it's a 3rd party that takes the order. That's not my fault they choose a 3rd party to take the orders instead of talking to someone at the actual store. I didn't know I was taking to a 3rd party. The worker there had bad customer service as well. Also, this is not the same as other ppp. The dough is different. 51st and Indian School and 7th Ave and Osborn are the best.

It a bit unsettling to see a police office on guard, I'm sure it because the area is rougher than it used to be.
Unless you plan on being there for over 3 hrs don't waste your money on the 9caim card. You're only allowed 1 stop and you'll waste your money. Everything is always a rip off and benefits the establishment more than the customer. $34 down the drain.

Pizza was underdone, they put it in the oven for a second time… pizza came back still underdone and doughy. Wings were mushy and disappointing.

Ah yes, Peter piper. A place for family and fun. Well, it certainly used to be. I brought my fiance here to show her a good time since this was a place I spent many of my childhood memories. And now, it has become a hollow shell of what it once was. For $52 weeks got 8 squishy wings that tasted like chickens that were infected with a plague, I had one and stopped eating to avoid food poisoning. We also received a chicken pasta that somehow was more akin to cardboard, oh and it also didn’t have any chicken in it. And cinnamon bread, which must’ve been hard to mess up but somehow tasted like dry bread with sugar. The staff yelled at us when we were next in line but were within 5 feet of them, no reason to yell buddy. The final thing we got for our $52 was 50 play points and that was my final hope to enjoy my coveted memories of Peter piper. Sadly, the games are faulty and janky. I don’t see how this company thinks they will survive like this when main event is literally across the street for almost the same exact price. Gone are the days of quality food and quality fun, it’s time to leave the past behind, I wish I had left my memories where they were. Goodbye and RIP Peter piper ???

Excellent service and good pizza ?
I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. First off, I was on hold for what felt like forever. After waiting for ages, I had to hang up and call back using another phone just to try to get someone on the line. When I finally got through, I asked for the manager and was placed on another hold. Once again I hanged up and called again and asked for the manager, which was unhelpful. I was already frustrated from the long hold times, but the manager’s inability or choice to not help just made everything worse. If I wasn’t placed on hold multiple times I’m sure my issue could have been resolved, since all I wanted was add a topping to my pizza. I used their app and was told because I used a third party I wasn’t able to make any changes. I will not be using this store services again!
