I door dash for this location and It's always a pleasant experience with the employees. Many times they have lots of orders coming through even when they are only a few staff working, but these people work very hard to get things done. Keep up the good work.

Got someone else’s order, wanted a refund or replacement, and wound up spending 30 minutes getting “rerouted” by a call center instead of just talking to someone in the physical store. The system is wildly inefficient.

I can't believe how awful the customer service at the Pizza Hut was. What ever happened to customer service and wanting people to come back and have a great experience? That went straight out the window today I guess...it's probably my fault for not checking my pizza before I left but I got home and their were no pepperonis on it. Now the app has $7 meat lovers deals up to three toppings. So I drive all the way back and asked if they could throw them on my pizza and he said it would be an extra $2 a pizza!!?!? If it was me I would have just done it but he said I would have to do the order all over again my phone was dead so I asked how much for a large pepperoni just one was $20.00 and ordering on app would be cheaper I couldn't use my phone so I was just Fd in the A... Just doing a small courtesy would have made me a loyal customer but I guess those days are dead and gone so no pizza for us. Thanks

Ordered online, they forgot my wings. They said they would get me to a manager. When I was transferred to a manager, the phone kept ringing. This is not the only time this location messed up orders. I would stay clear of this one.

We had an online order. The delivery driver didn't call to find us but gave our meal to someone else in the condos instead of calling us to find out which condo we were in. We called and told them. Mind you, we placed our order at 5:52 pm. We requested a refund which we received the following day. However, by the time we received the 2nd order, which was cold and quite bad, was 7:45pm. Seriously, we will NEVER order from pizza hut again. Here's the clincher, they are right up the street from us. But, Being that my roommate and I both have cancer, we were expecting a nice hot meal and no crap from the employees which is what we received. And yes, we weren't feeling our best to drive. We'll go to Dominoes from now on.

Door dasher threw my food away after not paying attention to my apartment number. Called the store for 2 hours over 15 times and received absolutely no help. Close the store down at this point. Wish I could put zero stars.

Pizza Hut made a huge mistake by starting to use door dash instead of having their own delivery drivers. It shouldn’t take 1/2 hour to drive 2 miles. I feel bad for the driver but I’m not going to accept cold pizza. The line they have for people wanting to check delivery status doesn’t get answered and after a certain amount of rings hangs up on me? This is probably more of a door dash issue than Pizza Hut but I definitely won’t be ordering for delivery anymore. I have to say though, the lady that took my order was very polite and professional. Hire back dedicated delivery drivers and I might consider eating Pizza Hut again

Placed an order of 24 boneless buffalo wings doesn’t give me the option to add extra buffalo sauce online. So I decided to call a guy answered and he told me there was no issue that he was going to put it in the system. My wings arrived dry no sauce whatsoever I called and a woman answered, and I explained to her the issue that I had called and she said there was nothing they could do and that they charge extra. I have no issue paying extra. But the man should’ve told me so I can pay for juicy hot wings. Never had an issue with this Pizza Hut till now!!!
