I usually order from this Pizza Hut and have no problems. I ordered two personal pan pizzas and it looks like I got a slice of pizza from a deep dish pizza that they made instead of a personal pan pizza and then I tried to call them and they don’t answer the phone.

I've ordered wings from here fairly regularly and over the past 6 months it's become a 50/50 whether the wings have little to any sauce. When they do, it's great. It's why I order these wings, because I like the sauce. But lately I keep getting no sauce on the wings or in the container. People, if I wanted un sauced wings I can buy frozen and make them at home. There are dozens of other wings places that I will be taking my business to moving forward.

Ordered a pizza half haiwaiin half pepperoni was sent a pizza with pineapple on the whole thing. Tried to call and got a receptionist at another location who told me I didn't order it right and went to explain that I ordered it with all the toppings on the whole pizza. I didn't get that pizza either, she then proceeded to put me on hold while I was talking to her and then transferred me to noone. All I wanted was my pizza corrected but instead I got poor customer service and told I ordered wrong.
They took a long time and did not give good attention

Only two people working store on Friday night. Scheduled pickup of order for 6:15 pm; order was not ready until 7:15 pm. Saw employees throw out pizza that was burned from sitting in the oven too long, throw out other food that fell out of oven on floor.

This Pizza Hut ? , is probably one of the smallest establishment I've been to. They have a very small bench where you can seat and wait, but there's more sitting outside. Customer service is very nice ?and fast. Haven't had an issue with my ?? order since coming here. Parking ?️ is probably the biggest issue, since it's a hassle trying to find a spot. Parking ?️ for handicap ♿ is great since it's literally right in front of the establishment.
Parking: Very difficult to find a parking spot. Might have to park far away.
I calmly talked to the assistant manager to help me get my order delivered instead of carry out. It was the rudest I've ever been spoken to. He interrupted my address, and when I tried to correct him calmly, he HUNG UP and left the phone off the line. All calls must be recorded, so the call was 1/26 around 305. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION! THEY ARE RUDE AND HANG UP ON YOU.
