My issue was not with the store itself. It was with the security that was on duty. I witness a customer say " oh no the security" jokingly and the security was so pissed he told him to get out and if he didn't get out that he was going to call the police. Never seen someone so off the hinge. Good thing there was me and two other customers in line that told the security that he needed to chill out and that he didn't do anything wrong to throw a driver out. Uncalled for. We asked the Manager of this location to deescalate the situation and all he said was he can't do anything because the security was a contractor and not an employee. So the manager of the store doesn't have control of the building? Even the driver that was told to get out was shaken up let alone people who witness this behavior of the guard. Hopefully pilot corporate can check the footage out. Happened 11-18-23 around 10:20am-10:30am inside store.

Pilot Stop Stop on 99th Ave right off the I-10 Freeway in Avondale. The restroom wasn't terrible/horrible but wasn't really all that clean either, the actual store was pretty nice, the cashier was really nice and helpful! The truck stop is really for everyone, not just truckers. They have a gas station area for cars that is separated from the diesel pumps that the big rigs use. They have a Wendy's and Subway, Wendy's has a drive thru but if you want subway you have to go inside the store. Overall not a bad place to stop, way nicer than the Flying J on 67th Avenue

What is up with this place!?!?!? Went in today and all the drink machines are out of order! The coffee machine is down and they don't have any cups or creamers, sugar, or stirrers! And even the Icee machine is broken!! Who runs this shithole!?!?!?

Cashier would not help me. My husband had to come in and he just waited til the cashier finally gave in and cashed him out. If they want kiosk to replace them there doing a good job at referring ppl to use them

I recommend this place only because of DiDi super nice and helpful. Had to return something from a different store and she heard my story from the flying j manager off of lathem and 67th which he was very rude and told me to go back to NM and return it and not to throw it on him. DiDi was very understanding and helpful. Five stars just because she was that great and made my long day better.

DeeDee was a lifesaver!! What an awesome person and employee! In the midst of a tire failure on our trailer on a Sunday morning, and the need to get air in our tires, we couldn't find anywhere to help us. We stopped at this Pilot and she went out of her way to ensure that we were taken care of!! All of the staff that assisted us were great, but Dee Dee was exceptional! It's nice to know in this time of turmoil in our country, there are still great people like her that take pride in their work! Thank you DeeDee, from the bottom of our hearts.

So over this Pilot. I used to stop twice a week for gas as I work down the street and have a 55 mile commute. Since their "system upgrade" you cannot pay at the pump. I hung in there for about six weeks, stopping back every other fill-up to see if it was fixed. Nope. Last visit I asked the cashier about it and he said... our prices are the lowest around here, who cares if you can't pay at the pump? Um...me and every other busy person who has no desire to put on a mask and come into the store? Every hear of the Pandemic?

i'm professional driver, stopping here regularly, since april 2nd2021 to today april 15th 2021, they do not care for restrooms and showers. there is no shower till 7am, socks. no toilet papers. restrooms flooded , place was good since april 1st till 15( today) this place like hellll. do not stop here. manager ( hispanic) was crazy wen i asked to clean shower, we paid for parking and wait for dirty showers till hours. sucks. it is better if u close this place.
To the manager who was on duty tonight 12-22-20 ( with dark hair), I didn't mean to upset you by asking if you could send someone to tend to the bathroom. I simply was informing you that it had been that way for a few hours or for the second time I've been in the bathroom since I'd been there. I really do understand that you probably did just come on shift and you probably came into a particularly crazy scenario starting your shift. It's a very busy store. I get it.. I was just informing you that it was that way and to be honest I was very confused by the way you addressed me and the problem, you didn't really want to deal with it and it was passed on to you I'm sure by the previous manager. I'm sorry, it was my second time seeing p*** and pee on and in the toilet. Your response was "k I haven't been in there so yeah." Again, sorry I informed you of the situation.

On 07/07/20 at 10:55 pm, I went to this Subway Location and their customer service was TERRIBLE. The male worker that night was very rude. I'm aware the store was closing at 11 pm. But does it really take that long to make a sandwich?!?? He was serving someone before me and he said something but wasn't looking at me so I disregarded what he said and continued to waited in line. Then when the customer before me left, he rushed to the back and said something about "She told me she was my last customer" again without looking at me. There are store hours for a reason. I worked at a food franchise before and I was expected to abide by the hours. AND I'm aware that the oven was probably turned off a while ago but I was willing to work with that. All you really need to make the sandwich are gloves and a bread knife so there aren't any dishes to clean. I would've felt better if the guy tried to console me but he rushed to the back with an attitude and without a clear explanation. Will never visit this location again.

Usually drive through here every other week, this place has gotten worse and worse... the bathrooms were disgusting, no toilet paper in half the stalls, the shower line is always over 5 guest waiting.. it never use to be like this.. if you changed management, please change it back, bc whoever you chose, don't give 2 craps about this place or it's customers...
