The tacos had great flavor.

Ordered the BLTA from this location to be delivered via Uber. Sandwich was aweful and the avacado was so hard couldn't even bite into it. Almost like it had a rubbery consistency. 🤢

Ordered a $16 sandwich and it was mostly bread. I understand needing to be profitable but there’s more meat in a McDouble. You’re better off paying less and getting more at Jimmy Johns or Jeresy Mikes. Shake was decent though.

I came into your store today and got a sandwich. Honestly, I didn’t expect it to be anything special — but it turned out to be great! What really made the experience stand out was the customer service.

A young man named Jon waited on us. He mentioned it was his first day, but you never would have known it. His customer service was out of this world! He had a big smile, a great attitude, and made us feel very welcome.

I just want to say thank you to Jon and let the manager know what an extraordinary job he’s doing already. He truly made our visit a great one. Keep up the great work!

5/20/25 Nothing is more annoying than a businesses generic responses to poor ratings! NO we won’t be back! Romanelli’s will be our go to from now on where their subs far exceed Pot Belly’s, & more affordable!
5/19/25 A large sandwich with literally only ham, pepperoni and provolone, and a bag of chips cost me $19.99! Never again! These sandwiches are not worth that. Absolutely ridiculous!

I waited 20 minutes for someone to help me and it was because one of the employees was out getting pizza and the other one was doing closing stuff in the back it was 7:00 p.m.

So I finally decided to try this place out & nobody was home, we even called nobody answered...other customers were walking up to the door and turned away...very strange for a place of business to be closed during business hours.

Accidentally messed up my order, but when above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience! I appreciate the staff that was working tonight. Super kind and understanding.

Best sandwich I had in a while. Staff was extremely friendly.

Staff here is incredible! Super friendly and efficient. Night and day difference compared to some other sandwich shops in the area.

First time in and the service from the ladies working was fantastic. Super helpful and polite. I got the chicken club with all the add ons. The chicken was chopped but just didn't have a ton of flavor. 8" sandwich, drink and chips for $17. It was just alright nothing to get too excited about.
