The pho was good, and the portions are large enough to feed two people. However, the service was disappointing. We ordered a steak pho and egg rolls, but the egg rolls didn’t come out until the main meal was served. It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive, which is far too long, even with a busy to-go order volume. Overall, the long wait and poor timing took away from what could have been a much better dining experience.

This is not how you run a business bigger parties that got there after us were served before us(we were a party of 2 btw ) and not a lot of people were actually in the restaurant dining in, they were more worried about their online orders then the orders that were there dinning in. worse experience ever that I had to take the time to make a review this happened twice here
We waited 2 hour to get our food and it was only 2 people, and many people who came in after us with bigger groups got their food before us we decided to leave after the 2 hours, never again not a good way to run a restaurant

Today marked my final visit to this establishment. Although I have always been pleased with the food, the service was subpar. Our meal was satisfactory, but the delay in preparation was excessive. Pho House offers superior service, and I will patronize them instead, opting for quality over convenience, which was the reason for my visit today.
Upon entering at 4:50, a time when the restaurant was not busy, with only one family dining, I placed a substantial to-go order totaling nearly $90. By 5:20, I inquired about the status of my order, only to discover that two of my meals were left out, getting cold, while the remaining items were still being prepared. The server assured me that my order was almost ready. Five minutes later, I approached the counter again to inquire about the status of my order. The server appeared annoyed by my repeated inquiries, which frustrated me, given the lengthy wait. I requested to speak with the manager, Valerie, who was also responsible for cooking. Although Valerie apologized for the delay, she made a condescending remark, stating that this was not a fast-food establishment. I found this comment unnecessary, as I am aware of the distinction. My expectation was for a sincere apology and a commitment to improving the service. A competent manager with excellent customer service skills would have handled the situation more effectively. When food preparation takes an inordinate amount of time, it would be prudent for the establishment to notify customers, as some individuals may not wish to wait. I have dined at numerous Vietnamese restaurants where food is served promptly, regardless of the establishment's busy status. Unfortunately, I will not return, and I will not recommend this establishment to others.

Amazing pho spot! The broth is rich and flavorful, the meat is tender, and the herbs are fresh. Service is quick and friendly, portions are generous, and prices are fair. Easily one of the best pho restaurants around—I’ll definitely be back!

I showed up at 8:40 pm and was told I couldn’t be seated even though they don’t close until 9:30. The host said dine-in closes at 9, but it wasn’t 9 yet. Then they changed the excuse and said they closed dine-in early because they only had one cook, but offered me food to go. That makes no sense — if the cook can make it to go, the same food could be served dine-in. The way I was treated felt dismissive and unprofessional, so I decided to leave. Definitely not the kind of service I expect from a place that claims to value customers.

Three of us walked in and myself am temporarily disabled and use a cane from a bad injury, two busyed up ankle recovery.
The girl at the counter was rude and told us to seat ourselves anywhere. After we sat down she says from the counter. “Oh not that table”
So we didnt know where else to sit as it was busy.
Found a table.
A but later her FAMILY came in and sat at that table so apparently seats are selective.
Then it was pretty scary how we were served our PHO thank god we didnt get burnt!
The PHO was “meh”
Went to pay and “we dont take hundred dollar bills”
Oh I did not see the sign and she says “the sign is right there where everyone can see it”
It was a tiny NOTE AT THE CASH REGISTER.
Anyway, my daughter and I always loved the service and food.
Just lost a customer.
Also it was EXTREEEEEMLY DIRTY.

This place has gone so far down hill. They advertise that they are open until 11pm, we arrived at 10:10pm and were told they were no longer accepting dine in, so we were forced to do a take out order. We spent over $40 and when we arrived home, my pho container was only half filled with broth. My noodles were not cooked thoroughly and I did not have enough broth to cover my noodles+veggies (which was mainly onion) to cook further. My boyfriend ordered spicy ramen and barely received any noodles- and instead of veggies, he received chopped salad. The broth itself lacked flavor. There was only a younger smaller gal working the kitchen, and she was very distracted due to friends coming in from outside and chatting in the kitchen with her. There were essentially 3 teens running the place on a Saturday night. Management needs to investigate and make big changes. Way too expensive for the mediocre food we were forced to take home.

This place is unfortunately going down hill. The food is still good but not as good as I remember it. My biggest issue is that the place seems like it is falling apart. The booths all need to be replaced. If this is what the customer sees, then what don't we see in the kitchen. You guys need to close for a couple weeks and remodel. This is embarrassing.

Pho lacks flavor and they skimp on the protein. Would give them 1 star but their Viet drinks are alright.

Would not recommend the pho here. Noodles have rough grainy texture and they give you like 3x the normal amount. So just a lottttt of bad noodles and some okay broth that runs out quickly.
