Business hours are incorrect. Sign says they open at 12. Waited in my car for over 20 min and no one opened. Update your hours!!!
Too bad the rapados are great but the customer service is horrible. The guy in the cashier had the most horrible customer service, seemed bothered that he was working there. Asked for exact change just because he didn’t want to do the math to break the bill. Super annoying!
Great place, they make the raspados syrups in house! You can taste the difference from other places. Highly recommend!!
Incorrect prices at checkout! Poor customer service and explanation. Prices shown on board stated $7.00 for a small and at checkout $7.75. Gentleman stated it’s more for milk base raspados. No where on the board it stated, bad business practices!

This is a Family owned mom and pop shop that serves the Avondale community with the best raspados in AZ! Natural in house recipes non of that artificial syrup!! they have flavors like Mazapan/ Chocolate Abuelita/Horchata/Pistachio/ and so many more!!!

My absolute favorite spot for raspados they have the perfect texture of ice and the most delicious in house made flavors. The agua mineral is delicious if you are looking for something salty and sweet.

Everything is very delicious!
The scrapings left to be natural are now artificial. The last two times that h3 bought a little devil... nothing to do with the original from long ago. I would buy again after being a loyal customer for years.
