The hostest girl was very friendly.And then the manager Shawntee came over and said that I couldn't have my service anime Inside the facility. I take her everywhere, literally, everywhere, with me. I've never been rejected like this. I even offered to show her the certification and letter from my service animal, and she still wanted me to leave. This is why people get sued

My husband and I went to Red Robin at the end of our date night. We had the brussel sprouts as an appetizer. (they were very yummy). 😋 My husband had the Haystack double with a side of coleslaw and I had the Veggie burger. Everything tasted great. The Veggie burger is now my favorite.
And we also had the pleasure of being served by Ofelia. She was such a ☺️❤️ sweetheart and very attentive. I swear I must have talked her ear off. I'm not big on burgers but, with lovely people like Ofelia working there, I may reconsider visiting Red Robin more often. 🙂

We were waiting for 5 min the manager seen us waiting and ignored us. Another party came in and she immediately came and seated them. We patiently continued to wait, she looked at us and continued to ignore us and go about her way. Finally someone us took us and gave us a table. This lady is unacceptable not sure why and establishment like this would have such an unprofessional person managing.

Cane to this red ribbon for my sons 18th birthday. E sat there for 5 minutes it was only me and and him, so 2 people. Never had anyone come talk to us. Then there was someone who came out and helped someone behind us with there receipt. When they were doing that a part of 6 sat next to us. That person told them who their server was going to be and then that server came out. We still didn't get talked to. So the only way you can get help from this place is if you are a big party. Don't go just for a couple date or just for a special date with your kid. Need more than 2 people to get helped here. I just walked out not going to be ignored. As a server at other restaurants I have learned not all big groups even told big or order a lot they are cheap because they have so many people.

I came in with my family and was seated nice and treated greatly my server was amazing and fixed a minor error that made our time there more than pleasant. I’d definitely come back just because of Amber she’s makes it feel like a meal at home.

Walked in to an empty lobby and the staff behind the counter looked at us and continued on doing whatever they doing. Finally, we were taken to a half empty restaurant with plenty of seating to be placed next to a table with a stroller in-between both tables but literally touching the tables. That is fine, I have a baby I get that. But there was plenty of tables that were open in the same area. After asking to be moved, the hostess got a manager? Weird. He then informed us we could sit at "that" table. My family went to that table and it was filthy.
We decided to take out business elsewhere.
Lack of service, basic work ethic and cleanliness....0/10.

I love this place, the food, the atmosphere, everything, the only problem I had was today when I placed my order online, tremendous hair on the burger 😞🤢 obviously I didn't eat it anymore 😓

One of our favorite things to do is celebrate Veterans Day at your establishment. In a house full of veterans, it is nice to know others out there care and appreciate the sacrifice my family has made. The service is always geat; friendly, quick, and knowledgeable in the menu items. I have been getting the crispy chicken salad for the last 15 years and love that it's stayed consistent. I'd love it if you brought back the foccasia bread that came with it though (I know, it's been a long time gone, just wishful thinking).😅 Thank you for the free meal you give our vets every year and keep up those wonderful attitudes.
