Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Went with a large group ( 6 adults , 2 children ) for a dinner on a Saturday night. Great service from our server. Food was prepared to our orders perfectly. Was asked many times if we wanted drink refills on drinks or bottomless frys.

Fun and fast service. Best burger selection. Had the Scorpion burger and it wasn't the spiciest burger but the flavor was phenomenal! Bartender was courteous and attentive.

I absolutely loved our server whose name was Kaitlin, but goes by Katie. she is the true definition of what a server should be and had the upmost patience, respect, and showed nothing but kindness as she was waiting our table. her service reminded me of what customer service looks like 10 years ago. thank you so much for making our experience at red Robin a pleasurable time.

Went here to celebrate my birthday with my Dad here. Was amazing as usual:)

Ofelia is by far one of the best waitresses we've had at a restaurant. She always makes us feel special. Remembers our drinks and even starts us with some fries before we even place our order. My glass is rarely ever empty before I have another on the table. The burgers are good, but they've decreased in size in the last few months, Ofelia is what keeps us coming back.

My burger could have been served a bit sooner as it was not as hot as usual but still good. Staff is always fantastic.

Great place to eat and drink

I've been to a bunch of different Red Robins in several states. This is by far the best Blu Ribbon burger I've ever received. Everyone was friendly and checked back often - but not too much that it was over done. Will be back soon for sure.

Burgers and fries were great. Nice place. Waitress wasn't the best as she didn't do well on the orders.

The Red Robin specifically is my favorite! Love the Bar staff! Royal Red Robin burger is my go-to!

Pure Perfection. From first trying this pizza in Ohio where it was originated to finally finding a location that appear and taste just like old times. We have attempted several Red Robin locations around Phoenix and can guarantee this location tops the list. Especially amazing when it’s FRESH when you walk in with one hour remaining until closing. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It takes alot for me to complain about something, but when I hear a manager saying he doesn't care about people waiting in the lobby for 30 min when the restaurant is 20% full and everyone in the lobby is complaining I feel to say something. The manager tonight was horrible and does not provide good customer service. This is horrible for the customer he should learn better managing skills and better handle of the situation and better planning. We love coming here and this time it was a disappointment.

We love this place. Went here for my birthday burger with my daughter. We had our favorite server! We spilled the tea and had the brussel sprouts appetizer. It doesn't get better than that

We have eaten here for years atleast a few times a week. Jasmine our server is amazing and always take great care of us. She always suggested we try the cauliflower pizza (which we would always declined) we tried a month ago and wow we have been missing out all this time. She and the rest of the staff is one of the main reasons we always return.
