I called them to place an order today. Literally five minutes ago, Taking waters right now whoever is taking orders right now she needs to change her attitude. People are putting this food in their mouths and you have a nasty attitude when you talk on the phone do you think I will trust you to make my food?? Cell I’m so sick of poor service. If you’re having trouble with your job get a new job if you don’t like what you’re doing do something else you are ruining peoples experiences. I’m sure the owner would not appreciate if you’re talking to the customers that way who call in and spend money the only reason you even have a job is because customers are spending money and you get on the phone and talk to them any kind of way I’m so sick of poor sloppy Service its disgusting . Whoever is taking Phone orders right now, I can tell you are a poor person in every sense of the word just by the attitude you bring to the job you signed up for.

Being from Chicago we find it tough to find good pizza in AZ, we love Rosati’s back home so we decided to try this location out here, first, our server Gabby was AMAZING! Her personality and level of service is how every waitress should be. Too many servers these days have a sense of entitlement, rarely visit tables more than a few times and expect big tips, gabby earned every penny. Second, the pizza was just how we remembered our Chicago Rosati’s thin crust.During our visit we noticed all of the servers working made their rounds to their tables regularly and were all super friendly and welcoming, we will absolutely go again, especially if gabby is our waitress!

I had a really bad experience. It was my first time here, but I've been to 4 other locations around the valley, and this was the worst. I was going to give them 3 stars, until I bit into a toothpick in one of the slices.The flavors tasted the same as any other location, but the crust was undercooked, while the cheese was overcooked and skin-like.The reason for the low rating (among the other things) is because I had called an hour in advance to pick up 1 pizza, and they didn't even start making it until I got there, so I had to wait 20-25 minutes. Poor service is the main reason for the rating. This is the closest location to me, but I don't think I'll be back any time soon

I love their thin crust pizza. Crunchy crust and great proportions of cheese, sauce and toppings. This is the original and the best. Make the trip out here instead of grabbing one from a franchise closer to home.

This was the most horrible pizza. Ordered a thin crust pepperoni, mushroom and sausage pizza. It was cold. There were no mushrooms on it. The salad was warm and just awful. A medium pizza and the smallest salad cost 58 dollars! Utterly ridiculous it was not because of the driver as I was watching the tracking. That pizza sat for awhile. Will not order again
