Hello, this place is terrible. please Don’t go. The chicken was raw and they gave my vegetarian friend bacon after we had clarified that she was vegetarian. On top of that we saw the girl on the mic named desiree be rude and disrespectful to her coworker at the window. Would not recommend.
Put meat in my friends salad by mistake and they would not refund him. Would not recommend.

I ordered a salad with tofu, but the salad had chicken. I returned to the restaurant and talked with the manager. She said she wouldn’t replace the salad because it was partially eaten. How else can I find out that chicken is in the salad. The manager was extremely rude and spoke in a nasty voice. Don’t go to this place.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went there for a vegan salad with tofu, and they gave us a mixture of tofu and chicken. When we went back to complain the manager was very rude and had no respect for what happened, and offered no compensation aside from some extra tofu. We won’t be going here again.

Sadly after about 20 visits I finally had an awful one. I am vegan and order vegan and they put chicken in my food which happens sometimes. Halfway through my salad I finally ate some (tiny portions apparently) I came back and the manager told me since I ate some she is not willing to make it right even though she admits they messed up the order. They stole my money and I do not recommend this place and the rude staff

So Salad and Go is really a double-edged sword. The salads are tasty, but don't have the illusion that you're eating healthy.
The salads are loaded with fat, sugars, sodium, and carbs. If you're trying to do a diet or maintain a healthy lifestyle, just understand that this isn't the place for you. If those things aren't important to you, then you will enjoy the salads.

I ordered my usual Greek salad w/ chicken and lemonade. I pulled up to the window to pay and she is about to charge me $1.62. I said to Amira I ordered a salad and lemonade. She then tells someone in the back to add a salad to the order. Afterwards charges me the salad and lemonade. Comes back to the window and ask me if I ordered a wrap. What?! I replied, I ordered a Greek salad, (she even asked me what kind of dressing I wanted). Then gets an attitude because she messed up. She gets the salad and tells me to pay again because she did not charge me for the salad the first time. WTH? 🤦🏻♀️ I’m at the point where I’m like are you ok? She then tells me with attitude, you try working at a fast food. I simply told her I have, I told her the first thing you are taught at working fast food is customer service. She had the worst attitude when she was the one not being focused. It was the worst experience I had there, She mumbled remarks to me as I got my salad. I usually go every morning before work. This was the first time I went in the evening! Amira was awful and disrespectful. I won’t ever return to this Salad and Go again! They need to do better! That girl Amira was awful! She needs to learn on how to treat customers before she is working a drive thru window! You lost a faithful customer!
