I love the Avondale Sonic. The staff is always so friendly.
They need to hire employees who enjoy doing customer service. Employees at this location are so rude, just not acceptable.. what a shame.
Absolutely discussing , ordered two blast and both tasted like spoiled milked!!! Kindly called in and manager on call (6/20/2025 @5:40pm) stated the machines were cleaned when both blasts tasted spoiled and lied about trying it herself and denied refund!

Absolutely the worst worst Sonic experience ever! Try to order a number one said five times that I did not want lettuce and tomatoes and the lady kept just repeating what comes on it I'm in my car yelling what I do not want the people next to me are also trying to tell her what I do not want
I received something I felt was incorrectly made, and the woman was more than kind to remake it for me
Sadly I ordered my favorite cheesecake master shake and I got sick to my stomach throwing up because some thing in there was sour as hell. So disappointed, don't get too complacent with your favorite places because obviously they will still let you down and quality is never secure. Step out the box and try new places.

VERY VERY VERY VERY RUDE. Took forever to answer me. I had to press the red button over and over and over. It was not busy at all they just wouldn’t want to answer me at all for some reason. I was very polite , I wasn’t yelling so I don’t understand why they were so rude and wouldn’t answer the red button
I went during happy hour today. I asked an attendant if happy hour was now. He asked me what time was it and I said 10 minutes to 4. He said yes. When I got home, I had been charged full price for my milk shake. I called and told that milk shake was not cover for happy hour. It has always been included and that’s my only reason why I visit Sonic. I believe they should told about exclusion when I asked. I am disappointed and probably will take my business somewhere else.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I visited this location on Sunday 2/16 around 6pm after ordering a med slush online. I pulled in a few minutes after placing my order and I paged a worker to let them know I arrived. I spoke with a woman who later informed me she was the manager but did not provide her name. She said my order was not in their system, I said ok how long do I need to wait, she said she didn't know but would bring my drink when it came in. I waited another 10 minutes, my pick up time was 6:12 I paged back at 6:20 and asked if my order was there. Same woman said no, and that I needed to wait, I told her I ordered online almost 20 minutes prior and that I could not wait much longer, I suggested she come outside and view my receipt with the order number she said no, I asked why she was unable to do that she replied because she can't. At this point I was so annoyed especially because she was saying things like "are you sure your card wasnt declined" "i don't know why you're acting confused what I said was very clear" and I'm sitting there like I literally have my receipt, I'm looking at it, can't you just take the order number and give me my drink and she just kept saying "like I said I'm not doing that" so I asked for the Gm info she said her name is Diana and I could come back at 10am the next day. Which I'm not doing because I don't even live in Avondale. I then asked if she knew how I could get my money back or cancel my order she said "you can look at the app and figure it out I'm sure". The guy next to me was in his truck and when I went to drive away he was like "that was insane" I'm like exactly, this is insane. If I ran this establishment I would be embarrassed if that "manager" was the person representing my business.

The employees are just standing around playing games on their phones. Half the stalls don't work. You won't get an answer when you push the button for at least 15 minutes. Completely ran down. Don't come here.

There was only 2 cars waiting for their order I waited for 10 minutes just to get our shake melted it was watery even the Cherry sang down I asked to be changed because it looks like it's been sitting there for a while and the cup was warm. I asked them to ask the manager if I can change it because it looks so melted to me he went and came back only adding a little bit cream and another cherry on top when I can literally see the old cherry spots the coloring of the cherry still on top of the cream, the old cream, just the same cup, just filled more cream and gave it back to me when I talk to the manager the manager said well it's a fresh cup why would I change it? Never again!!!!!!!😒 if there was less than one star, I would put -5 especially the manager !!!
