I have to this sonic before and haven't had any issues, but recently the quality of service has seriously declined. Went to grab some lunch today, put in our order and waited over an hour only to still have our order come out wrong. Beside us we had 2 mobile orders that the team got wrong, and when all three of us asked for help and followed up on our orders we were met with confused team members with headphones in their ears. At this rate, I would strongly advise making the drive to a different location until the team here understand how to effectively manage their establishment.

PLSSS the so called "manager" today at 7pm is so RUDEEEE and seeing all these reviews just proves it. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS. its actually so bizarre how management reads these reviews, yet nothing has changed. girl really didnt want to give me my online order bc she probably thought i wasn't going to pick it up anymore bc i was 47 min late šŸ™„šŸ™„ she fr lied and said nothing was shown up on her end. when we complained she fr pulls out our order with the name on it and the time it was completed lol. PLEASE AVOID ORDERING ONLINE IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR MONEY STOLEN!!!!! TRAIN YOUR STAFF SOME BASIC MANNERS.

For the first time ever, I feel like writing a review is a must. Overall the experience I had tonight at this sonic location was unforgettable to say the least. To start, I placed my online order at roughly 6:47pm after 40 min I arrived to pick it up. Once at the window I let the person on the other end know I was picking up an online order, the girl then says another name before I say my name. I tell her my name to which she almost instantly lets me know they have no order and that there is nothing she can do.. confused I ask how it’s possible she can’t see my order when I have the online order on my phone and also the confirmation, I also ask her to look at both since it’s really odd that she’s instantly just defaulting to ā€œ there’s nothing I can do, you have to call the customer service numberā€. After some back and forth, mostly filled with her asking me if it was a mobile order and me repeating it was an online order not mobile I ask her to give me the number I need to call and she respond with ā€œif it know, whatever website you ordered from, you’ll have to get it from thereā€. At this point I clarify and ask her that even though both the online order screen shot and the email confirmation are useless since she doesn’t see it on her end but the location information is all correct, she says yes, I can’t to anything on my end. I ask her for a manager and when she comes out it sounds like the same person, but regardless I ask her how it’s possible that I have to ways to confirm the order but all they keep telling me is that they don’t see it and nothing can be done. Absolutely nothing. This ā€œmanagerā€tells me that the order was placed at another location to which I tell her it was not placed at another location and show her the confirmation. I ask her for the store number since it is also listed and she replies ā€œ I don’t know itā€, after her still not really saying anything helpful and seeming still confused she finally tells me to pull up. Nothing else is said until she comes back out with my exact order in a bag closed, with my receipt and name and the time it was completed, which was at 7:06pm. I never provided her with even the order number since according to her it wouldn’t help. I’m not sure what was going on but hopefully they get
Trained better to at least TRY to problem solve or speak with more information and assistance, instead of brushing someone off when they have proof of recipes.

I went to this place ordered some food which was cold when I got it.Super sonic cheeseburger was not super at all.Try to pay outside my card did not work They came outside I give them my card to pay inside They came out and said my card was not working and asked for the food had already eaten Half of my sandwich didn't even ask me if I can go get cash and come back and pay them anything.They took the sandwich back I was very upset We'll not go back to this sonic ever

We go here for the delicious slushie drinks! My kids love them and the price is great. The service is always quick and the people are friendly.

Vegetarian options: Some veg and vegan items. Fries, pretzel, tots, and onion rings

Kid-friendliness: My step kids like their kids meals and the drinks.

I didn’t even get food the person at the window sounded like she wanted to go home very short. Also, I don’t understand why you can’t get loaded tots instead of fries if tots are the same price. If you’re already having to put stuff on top of the fries anyways. But okay. I guess lol

Waited in an ordering both for over 10 minutes with no one replying to my read button pushed notification. When I finally walked in to the doors and ask them if they were opened they said yeah you have to push the button. Obviously I push the button and waited more than 10 minutes she's like oh if we don't answer you just have to back up and move to another spot and just keep moving. Absolutely rude. Darius at the drive-thru window was very polite

Burritos are so small. And the tater totes we didn't even eat them, they tasted like rotten oil. It's upsetting that we waisted 40 dllrs on breakfast and we didn't even eat it. Our mouth still has that rotten flavor. THIS IS SO SAD.

Watch your food & make sure it's right. And to the Young girl manager working 9/19/24 after 8pm don't be rude when someone asks a question about what they ordered & paid for. Kindness goes a long ways. I got charged for 2 extras when I should of only been charged for 1!!. I'll avoid this Sonic from now on.

Drive thru, the order taker was not really focused on what I wanted and missed some things I requested. No requested onions on the #7 footlong coney. Ordered large tots and received a small. Asked for easy ice in my route 44 drink, but received a full container of ice with some beverage, the cherry limeade was more lime than cherry, and no actual cherries were added. The completion time was too long for the number of errors committed. Appeared to be a bunch of kids operating the place at around 9:30PM.
