First time trying the $1 corn dogs and this is what I get smh. A burnt corn dog all the way to the stick. Looks like I can’t post a photo. Why would you even think this would be ok to give to your customers? Do better Sonic staff

Went in the dive thru ordered two dirty Dr peppers. Mind you this is my first time trying it. So as I tried it I was in total disgust. I asked the cashier if I could switch out my drink for something else. She had said “you already paid for it“ in a very rude demeanor, I wasn’t rude in anyway I was very polite about it. I ask her if I could switch it out for a strawberry limeade and then she repeated it again “you’re already paid for it “. Again in a very rudely manner, I had responded in a friendly manner “OK thank you have a good night “. This whole encounter was very upsetting to say the least. As I love sonic very much, and also the strawberry limeade is kind of my favorite, so I don’t know why I got a dirty Dr Pepper.

9:50 pm i placed a order through the app get there 5 minutes after to go pick it up and the stalls were not working so went in the drive thru and they tell me the kitchen is closed & theres nothing they can do just give me a refund. the app & google says they are open until 1am oh but the car behind me ordered as i was leaving :(

Twice now I've had issues with this Sonic and the attitudes of the employees. Once is a fluke, twice with different people? Seems to be a trend. Won't give them a third chance.
