At this StarBucks Coffee shop in the strip mall at the corner of Buckeye and Avondale. There is this one Lady who I call My Lovely, and she has since the first day I met her has had the same everything about her a great attitude, a Cheerful smile and if I didn't know any better a song on her heart. My horoscope, told me that I would meet someone one like her and that there's gonna be a reason and a purpose for us to even meet to begin with. My second experience the next day, she already knew my favorite coffee and how exactly how I like, however I didn't have any money right away and there was another Lady that was standing there and overheard me saying how I couldn't buy anything just yet but could I charge my phone for a bit that way I could buy something, but Maria asked me what all I wanted and she bought me breakfast. Maria and I sat down and talked like we were best friends we were both sitting there enjoying the music and conversation, and how friends sit sometimes kicking our feet, like two kids at the end of a dock fishing. Maria told me as she was leaving not to give up on my dreams, keep my head up and reach for. Well yesterday I asked Lovely if I can call her Lovely all the time and it really, really, have I said really yet lol 😆... To her I'm My Love and Everytime she says it. If you haven't heard her say saying it, maybe you need to stop by on your way to work and grab some StarBucks whatever. But I guarantee, you will feel so loved. Lovely I hope that I didn't scare you in anyway, bc everything happens for a reason and a purpose, and I believe there is something about us meeting... I don't know if you have a bf or not but either way I would enjoy more than anything else is to get to know you a little bit better. We all can have more than just one SoulMate and it doesn't always have be through marriage or a relationship. Lovely I gave you my number for a reason but I'm not gonna push I just know that I would enjoy your company... To the Manager of this store, you really need to look at Lovely not only a raise but up to manger position. And to StarBucks Corporate Headquarters, this really lovely lady is a very beautiful person through and through. If you want to know and understand about love and gain strength in your company hiring Lovely into a Corporate position is gonna be a special opportunity for StarBucks and if I had my way about it, I would pay for her to have a 30dy vacation, I would pay for her college, and then I would pay for the time that she is doing all of that until she sits down at her first desk in her own office... Camped out since the store closed to purchase a Bearista that was being released today November 6th. We had called around the evening before to a few stores and was told that each store only received a few like 6 and under. Sat there patiently waiting as there was 3 on the shelf. Right before opening hour there must have been 30-40 people in line. We all were so excited but right before opening meaning seconds one worker went over and got one bear and took it to the back. Then the next worker came out grab the 2 left on the shelf and also headed for the back. Then they open the door !! Like are you serious!!! Why even display them if Starbucks is going to allow the employees to purchase them!!

I’m sitting in the lobby minding my own business and this white lady walks up she is a worker there and asked me if I was ordering something with this rude and nasty gesture first of all I’m aloud to sit there if I like I was actually waiting there until my chicken was ready in frys don’t ever approach anyone in that manner I also work for the government as well next time approach people with kindness I don’t know what her issues was there a a lot of people sitting in there she did not ask them seems like she was being racist I’m a African American I deserve respect just like everyone else and then she walks off with this nasty smurk. I will contact cooperate on this one.

I was an everyday costumer but unfortunate i have to write this review as this was my favorite Starbucks store but the last visit left me feeling embarrassed and upset. I’ve noticed that the last few times I’ve ordered the iced matcha latte something tastes off, I don’t know if it’s a new powder or it’s not being made to standard but I explained it to the manager and instead of inquiring about the situation she made it seem as if I was trying to get a drink for free (as if i’m not wasting time coming back to get it remade) when all I wanted was the drink I order regularly. Most times they forgot to add items in my drinks , Sad to say that I will not be going back

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I walked in needing to use the restroom first before I ordered my coffee and was told I needed to order my coffee before I use the restroom by a Worker named Yesenia. When I told her that I needed to have a bowel movement, she said that I was being rude. Clearly, I needed to use the restroom before ordering my coffee. She was just the rudest girl with an attitude. She asked me if I knew what I wanted to order. I will never go back to this location in my life as a matter of fact, I hope she loses her job because she clearly has no customer service skills whatsoever.

The workers would rather talk to each other about guys and how cute or ugly they are than deal with the customers. I was waiting for my order to be complete and asked a short-haired girl working and she rudely responded that she knew and walked away finished my last drink then just placed it on the table and walked away. I have been coming here for over 10 years and I won't be back after this experience. They lack a lot of empathy at this location and customer service. Who gets upset because someone just simply asks about their order?I wish I would have gotten her name but she and the other person working were to busy talking about their personal life I guess to be bothered by a customer.

Don’t usually order from Starbucks but we were given a gift card so we wanted to use it up. The drinks were delicious. My kids loved the lemonade options. The staff were quick making the drinks and friendly.
I did order 4 drinks and some pastries and the cashier didn't hear me when I mentioned that I'm gonna be paying with the app so I got charged in my debit card but she was really nice and told me that she gonna ring it again so I can still get my stars so she told the manager Jill and the manager was very rude saying we can't do that you have to call the customer service and all that stuff so I told her can you just do refund and ring it up again and then she respond with an attitude again saying that no we can't do that we get audit and all that stuff so I told her that I understand your frustration I work in the restaurant myself and she responded to me saying your working place might have a different rules with an attitude.To me as a manager you have to be nice to your customers especially if your customer is not rude.And as I was leaving the manager trying to be nice and all then.
