A new manager is running the store. He obviously doesn’t know what he’s doing and he’s way out of his league. When confronting him with his behavior he rudely asked for me to leave. When I confronted him again on this behavior he wanted to record the conversation and show his demeanor as being unprofessional and undermining to the entire situation. Even when I attempted making a purchase in the most respectful tone possible the guy was a jerk!! If I was a new customer, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere and not go to this particular Starbucks. Note: if this is a trend that Starbucks is beginning to start where they have managers under mind customers it might be best to Find a different place business to get coffee. Respectfully!
The manager at this location is most likely new at the job. And he’s trying to find ways to cut expenses as well as control over his customer base. Just a really bad experience. Composted to other locations, this location just doesn’t give that feeling that they really care about the coffee experience!!
Again I would suggest finding a different place to go get coffee or different Starbucks with the managers actually have tolerance and respect for their customers. This guy is just brand new and doesn’t value his customer base.
Note: I spend between $25-$35 everyday on coffee and preferred Starbucks. No note based on this exp, I’m reconsidering where to spend my hard earned money. Ty for listening

Never ever been to any other Starbucks and felt so welcomed. Employee here are on another level. I truly appreciate your customer service every time. Of course drinks are always on point👍

One of the cleanest Starbucks locations i’ve seen. Employees are very kind, especially Adriana. She is one of the most attentive employees. But also, Theo and Kyleigh are great staff as well. And there are more great employees but sadly I have not gotten their names.

We've been going to Starbucks for years, actually to the one that was near Chase a while back, and when this new one came we were happy. We haven't had an issue until recently. One of the baristas got uptight because we placed a mobile order and got into the drive-thru "too fast". She also said we'd have to wait (which, of course, is fine) but once she was done "stating her point" the coffees were made..... Not even 5 seconds later... This was infront of my family, she said it to my husband, I almost checked her there but I want to set a good example for my family. But that's how rude she was, enough for me to almost correct her as I would my own kids. Frankly, she made a fool of herself, and she needs to communicate better with customers. She should be retrained. The supervisor that I spoke to over the phone wouldn't give me her name so I could file a proper complaint online with the district(already done and refunded our money. Thank you corporate), it's not a problem. Also, the supervisor sounded like she could care less that I was calling in with, unfortunately, a complaint. It's your job to handle the situation, it's what you're getting paid to do. All she said was " I'm sorry " followed by dead silence... Both were unprofessional and lacked proper basic communication skills. We will take ourselves to the one on 99th and Camelback and spend our refund there.
