I recently went in drive thru to order my coffee. They screen was not on, so I figured they heard me well and my drink made how I ordered it. It was very light in color. I looked at the sticker and it said 3/4 creamer. I went inside and was very friendly and I walked in to 7 women and 1 man that looked at me like I not welcome. I have never felt so embarrassed, but began to tell them how my drink had too much creamer and I only was a splash. The girl at the counter was never welcoming. Walked over to another making drinks and proceeded to almost whisper why I was in there. They remade my coffee and the young lady that made it was the only one who ever game me a smile when she handed me my drink. This was not a pleasant experience, thinking I was giving myself a treat after dropping off the kids at school.

Honestly more and more disappointed each and every time I go here. This location is very close to home and I typically mobile order. Today was a large order of 4 drinks and 4 food items just under $50. When I walked in at the time it estimated to be ready the food was in a bag ready to go. I was not welcomed into the store or even greeted within the additional 7 minutes I had to stand there and wait with no interaction before receiving the drinks. When the drinks were given to me they were not called out by name simply set on the risers, I was not offered a drink holder for 4 drinks yet the employee who was served during my wait time sure was for only 2. I had to physically reach behind the counter to grab my own. During my whole visit I was not once spoke to, welcomed, thanks, or even acknowledged. After loading my drinks onto a carrier I did kindly speak with a team member but they seemed less than thrilled to hear about my experience.

Asked for extra cold foam and I got even less than the drink is supposed to have. There is never any consistency with this drink. All you have to do is follow the recipe!
Edit for response- I order pickup for a reason, I don't have time to sit and wait for them to remake my drink every time there's an issue.

Is there a reason your partners look like they are being tortured? Absolutely no costumer service whatsoever. Not even a hello. And the drink taste awful. Like they put their horrible attitude in there too. Please do better.
