Google says they close at 10pm but worker states they are closed for the night at 8:50pm
I love this place because they close late, I think at 10 or 11pm ..
They moved by Portillos down the street a couple intersections.

Here’s no Starbucks
Asked for extra cold foam and I got even less than the drink is supposed to have. There is never any consistency with this drink. All you have to do is follow the recipe!
Edit for response- I order pickup for a reason, I don't have time to sit and wait for them to remake my drink every time there's an issue.
Is there a reason your partners look like they are being tortured? Absolutely no costumer service whatsoever. Not even a hello. And the drink taste awful. Like they put their horrible attitude in there too. Please do better.
The drinks were good nothing wrong with them what was wrong was the customer service we received from the girl with red hair, incredibly rude for no reason I understand we came in towards closing time but yet again we got there 15 minutes before the store was closing so I don’t understand why the attitude. To start off me and my friend already felt bad coming in late, we ourselves were having our own conversation about how it feels when customers come in late because we underhand it’s frustrating at times but to have the girl come over the counter and ask us “are you guys good” while rolling her eyes as if there was an issue is incredibly disgusting of behavior your the one in customer service you should know how to talk to people. I responded back saying yes we are good giving a shocked face and she continued to roll her eyes so that’s when I decided to ask why so much attitude and she goes I’ve seen you from over there pointing at the back, like okay? And we didn’t do anything towards her we were just waiting for the drinks she then decided to keep rolling her eyes and laugh like that was okay and to have the other girl and guy laugh at her actions is incredibly disrespectful. She then proceeded to ask what are your drinks like excuse me ? How do you expect us to feel comfortable telling you what the drinks are after talking to us like that? And the fact that the manager on duty didn’t say anything speaks volumes on the childishness that they are allowing to have at Starbucks. Again the drinks were great but that girl needs to get re trained on how to talk to people you are working a job that comes with customer service if you don’t think that your good enough to be working there then find somewhere else to work no need to ruin peoples day .

No Iced Coffee at 11AM what is this, order a latte instead an gives you a a hot latte. When ask for iced latte gives you a dirty cup. Faces and attitude included.

Worst customer service I’ve experienced at Starbucks. They got my order incorrect, all they had to do was change the grande to venti. I didn’t mind paying the difference as I was already going for my usual. There were no cars behind me and I was asked to park for one drink? Is this a new thing? AND It was more in his approach, not friendly at all. You work in customer service do better.

Drinks were made slow, and looks like manager on duty is upset , clearly making the team members uncomfortable and unfriendly. Could have contributed to the uncleaniness of the store and unfriendly attitudes.
