Terrible costumer service, we waited for our order for one cup of coffee for more than 20 minutes, the coffee was processed several times, and as a result we received almost one ice, the workers are not pleasant, I do not recommend this place to anyone
The worker’s attitudes there are so nasty. I ordered ahead on the mobile app and got there a few minutes after the time that the app said the order would be ready. I get out of my car and go to the front window and let the worker know I had an online order and she stated only part of it was ready and they were working on the drink. She asked me to wait off to the side so I did. I understand they are busy so I was okay waiting. A couple of minutes passed and a worker that was short, scrawny, with black hair in a pony tail with thick black frames passed by. I asked her if she happened to have the time as I was going into work soon and had left my phone in the car as I thought I was going to pick up my order and leave. The worker just looked at me and kept walking. I thought she possibly didn’t hear me even though she made eye contact with me. I then said “excuse me, I’m sorry do you happen to know the time?” To which she replied with attitude “I don’t know probably 10” then went inside the building and immediately shut the door. That was so rude for no reason! Like geez if you were that much of a rush you could have said you don’t have the time there was no need of this nasty attitude! Then a different worker open the side window where I was waiting and said “you know you go to the first window to ask for you drink” and I said “I did” but before I could explain to that worker that the previous worker asked me to wait to the side, she immediately closed the window and then put my drink outside the front window and told me my drink was ready then shut the window. I’ve worked customer services for years and even on a bad day I would never give attitude to a customer who was not even giving me a problem. All I did was ask for the time and waited for my drink? The attitude is so unwarranted. I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years and have never experienced something like this. Those little girls need to check their attitude because thankfully for them I have patience and deal with people with behavioral issues for a living. They’re gonna give attitude to the wrong person one of these days and they’re gonna get what they deserve. Totally blew my mind!

They were really rude and three baristas were standing just talking on their phone & took forever to take my order. And when they finished, he cursed under his breathe. This happens every time we go there, they act like they dont want to help you.They werent even busy

The barista was on the Phone the whole time and distracted so i got 3 different wrong drinks. I just wanted a caffe latte with oatmilk. First i got an iced PSL, then a hot PSL and then we needed to discuss it out with him until we finally got the right drink. Horrible starbucks store
I try to make a online purchase for 3 venti coffees and their system is down so I call the store and the lady tells me I can’t order through the phone even if their system online isn’t working. Great customer service. Been a regular here and nothing has ever happened like this before. Time to change stores:
Absolutely rude and terrible customer service. Based on the other ratings I’m not surprised as they drastically need training and better management. They were not helpful addressing my issue, blew me off especially when I was pointing out THEIR error on the times they have online/app. Starbucks should be embarrassed having these people representing their brand never coming back into this location
Elena, Riley and Michael were the baristas this morning. Absolutely no customer service and very rude. Yikes
If you want bananas you're out of luck. You might get lucky if you bring one of your own they might add it
