Ordered ahead on the app when I arrived so many people were upset their order was not ready. I waited patiently although I was also in a rush & after getting my drinks they tasted like water with cream. Staff did look like they were trying however, very unorganized.

They obviously prioritize drive-through versus walk-in customers.

When I pulled in the parking lot, the drive-through line was very lengthy so I went inside, there was absolutely no wait at the counter. It took 10 minutes for them to make one drink, and by the time I came back outside, the drive-through line was empty.

If I take the time to park and get out of my vehicle and walk inside, I expect to be prioritized over people in the drive-through.

100% take care of the drive through and web orders before they take care of customers in the store. We waited forever to get a drink, it was crazy, And we were the only customers inside the store. Don’t go if you can help it.

Edit: when we finally got the drinks, we were missing one of them, the easiest one, black coffee with a little bit of cream in. Very slow unless you’re in the drive-through

Lizzy (red hair) was unprofessional and gave a poor customer service experience. She gave me incorrect cash back, she shorted me and didn’t count the change I gave her initially. So, she gave me a bunch of change back which I was obviously trying to avoid by giving the exact amount of change with cash for my order. She didn’t do anything to resolve the issue, I was in the drive thru with no one in line behind me, she easily could’ve corrected it, instead she rushed me along. Very unprofessional, not trying to be rude, it just seems she doesn’t know how to count and needs to be trained on register, clearly. I didn’t realize until I got home that she shorted me since I was driving.

Keep coming to this place and all my coffees still flavorless and too strong not sure if they are new employees or they just don’t put any effort into making a good coffee anymore. Employees don’t even interact with you and you still have to wait forever to get your flavorless coffee. Not coming back to this Starbucks.
