I normally go through Drive-Thru when I come to this location and the baristas are always so kind. But lately I have been coming in at night to study & every single time that I have come in the night crew baristas are always so kind & very welcoming! I see them working hard & making those connections even when it’s busy. 100/10 <3
Great looking starbucks, I appreciate the louge area so i can meet clients and conduct interviews close to my home. I have had 2 interactions that were unfavorable. However, the other staff members saw I was wronged on both occasions and did everything in their power to make it right, so I do greatly appreciate that.
I just want to take the time out to give some appreciation to a employee by the name of Caleb here at this location, I’ve had my drink made incorrectly a couple times before and he is super nice & professional about correcting it and re-making it, so thank you Caleb for your professionalism & kindness, we need more people like you in this world (heart emoji)
