Ms. Shirley is the GOAT!!!! She was nice, conversational, fast, and thorough! The store was clean and the food was fully stocked. I go to the shop at least every other week and there is a reason we keep coming back when the sandwiches are 18.00. The food is good but Ms. Shirley?!? You won’t find a better sandwich artist!

I asked for a 6 inch twice. He said he would just ring it up as a 6 inch because he had already laid the meatballs all over the bread. When he rung me up he charged me for a foot long. I had to repeat the same answers multiple times. The glass was very dirty and splattered. The toppings in the steel containers were all over the place. I don't think I'd come to this location to be honest. Employees aren't rude, it's just dirty and unprofessional.

Most disgusting subway sandwich I have ever received. Paid $20 plus to receive an old stale piece of sandwich it tasted awful so disappointed. Whoever manages the location should resign respectfully how can you sell old bread with old mushy vegetables. How sad and most importantly how embarrassing shows a true lack and reflection of your career

On July 14th @ 4 pm we walked into this Subway to order a few Subs, the man who came out to greet us looked spacy and put the bread down with no paper under the bread and right on the counter, While this was going on we noticed that the guy was telling some other girl to help him and passed him these papers and that's when he picked up the breads and put them on these white papers... as this was going on some girl who woks there and who looked like she was stoned and may have been on drugs.. she had laid her cell phone on the counter part the same part they are to put the subs on to add vegetables and such, the person I was with then asked if she could wipe it and she did with a napkin not a wet towel and gave a UGLY attitude face while she was eating at the same time behind the counter.. Just nasty and disgusting to see an employee whom works for this chain to be like this.. make me wonder what other things that are gross things they do... very disappointed

Tonight on 3/24/25 my family went in to the store to make an order. However we saw the deals so we ordered online and waited for our food to be done. I ordered 4 sandwiches, went home to find one not even in the bag, one the wrong bread and another not even toasted. I called to ask where my other sandwich was and the young lady who answered said she cld offer a refund on the one sandwich and the other we cld go back and pick up. So, we go back and I asked the employee who handed me the sandwich what she put on it and she rolled her eyes at me and took the receipts out the trash and looked at me and said mayo, mustard and olives with a attitude. Idk why she was mad, I'm the one who had to go back and pick up the order they forgot. The other girl refunded one sandwich since it was the wrong bread. But these girls tonight weren't really paying attention because they were busy chatting the whole time. I get there kids but when ur doing a job make sure your atleast getting the orders right. Customer service a fail at this location.

There is one guy in particular who doesn't like his job. I just ordered a sandwich cut in half. And he was making dirty faces and talking bad about me to my face. I'm definitely not going back to this place. If you don't want a bad time, avoid it.

Monday 11:18 am 10/21/2024 If I can give 0 stars I would , literally no good morning or nothing of some sort of welcoming what so ever first red flag and the place was empty only one person getting checked out considering they had two workers ( older lady and dark complexion lady) My sandwich literally looks like it’s for a kid . Barely ANYTHING ON THERE ! Like did I ask for a veggie delight ? Uhh NO I DID NOT And I had to go back inside to ask for my sauces that I put on the special instructions and the attitude/look on her face of the older lady was just like if I was bothering her ?? Sheesh my bad You guys forgot my sauce . Definitely not worth the drive for this location.

The man with the big earrings was rude and put a rotten cucumber piece and i asked to be removed and he angrily grabbed it and threw to the wall. I do not recommend this location.
