This location is terrible. I ordered a sandwich and they got everything wrong. When I tried to call and complain, I was INSTANTLY mocked before I could even state the reason for my call. I just moved to the area and will make sure to never return to this location again.

Visited on 11/28/23 at 3pm and nobody was at the counter. I could hear someone washing dishes in the back and I tried to get their attention but got ignored entirely and left the store. Another customer also left. The food prep counters were also dirty. Never coming back.

First, this location needs a little bit more enthusiasm. The kids here act like mom and dad are making them work. They act like they have all day to make 1 sandwhich. As far as the food.....out of olives? Bread hard! Meatball subs were very dry! Food not ready at the time we were given online and there was only 1 person ordering. Do better! I will be going to a different location from now on!

There was a new guy working and was struggling a bit to make our sandwiches. That’s understandable since he was clearly new. However, there were 3 people working and 1 of them was just hanging out in the back while the new guy struggled for 10 minutes trying to make our stuff.Also the lids for the iced teas were nowhere to be found. It’s gross and unsanitary and needs to be taken care of by the staff. Should be doing their jobs and not hanging out in the back joking around.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!Very rude workers don't great you when coming in just long stares. Online ordering was also off which makes no sense because it was empty when I got here. To top it off got here and it's cash only?? Beautiful sign to look at when ordering. The vibe here is very unwelcoming. I would drive miles to another Subway than ever coming here.
