A few months ago, I placed a mobile order through the app, easy, right? Picked up my daughter from school, swung by to grab my sandwich, and was immediately greeted by a very confident older lady behind the counter who says, “Oh, you’re the one who left the bad review about me.”
Umm… what?
I haven’t been to that Subway in over a year, and I literally never leave reviews. But congratulations, ma’am…. now I am.
Publicly calling me out in front of other customers and my child, based on nothing more than the name “Amanda” on an online order? Bold move. Super professional. Gold star for customer service.
Just a heads-up: not every Amanda is out to get you. Sometimes we just want a sandwich.
P.S. Should I have eaten that sandwich? Probably not.

I ordered a meatball sub. When I've been to other subways, they've given more meatballs, but this sub was kind of lacking in meatballs and marinara, but other than that, it was good. Staff was nice. The sub tasted good, not a bad experience, just for a $15 sub, I want a little more than what I got.

Horrible service by guy working on the night of 3/20/25. Bread stale, probably days old. (Not toasted). Gross. Absolute garbage. Would give this place zero stars if I could. Not spending a single $ at suckway ever again.

Recently ate subs from here and got food poisoning shortly after. The bacon looked undercooked, and the other items they use look like they've been sitting out for a long time. Will not go back to this subway.
Can I get some more chicken with these jalapeños? I could tell this sandwich was going to be light on the meat when I picked it up. I expect to have protein with my food which is a big reason why I choose to eat at subway as a healthy alternative. All my sandwich had was jalapeños and sauce essentially. Disappointing.

I should have read previous reviews, had a bad experience. I ordered a #17 and worker did not make it like the menu. Didn't realize if I told her to add pickkles it was a done deal that's what I was getting. Both workers were rude and one gave me the hand when I tried to tell her that I wanted #17 exactly how it was on the menu. I had an online gift card and both workers didn't know what to do with it so the excuse was that they did not deal with coupons or gift cards because they were not a part of the subway franchise. It turns out I could use it through the app, this was the first time I got an online gift card for subway so I didn't know how it worked. They should have better training for the employees.

The lady there today at 6:30 pm on 07-01-2024 was very rude and should not be working with customers. Firstly she tried her hardest make me pick a number and got attitude when I said I want a custom order. Because of said attitude my sand-which had 6 pieces of grilled chicken total on a foot long.
So if you’re trying to get a custom sandwich don’t go to this one.
