I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at this Subway location. I stopped by for a quick lunch, thinking I'd be in and out since I was on a tight schedule to get back to the office. There were only three people ahead of me in line, so I assumed it would be a short wait. But to my utter disbelief, it took a staggering 10 minutes just to serve one person. I couldn’t believe how painfully slow it was.
The employee making the sandwiches seemed either new, clueless, or just plain indifferent to the line piling up. I watched as two other employees loitered around in the back, peeking out from the kitchen, but doing absolutely nothing to speed things up. They clearly saw the growing line, but seemed in no rush to help.
This isn't the first time I've dealt with this level of incompetence at this location. I finally had enough, left empty-handed, and felt like my time had been completely wasted. I won’t be back. Honestly, I’d rather take my business to Firehouse Subs, where at least they value their customers' time.
To the manager or owner of this location, you need to seriously reassess how things are run here. Leaving one struggling employee on the front line while others hang out in the back is a disgrace. If you can't even manage to serve your customers efficiently, maybe it’s time to rethink your business model. What a joke.

Was just in here slower than all get out the guy wouldn't hardly wait for me to completely state my order so I ended up just leaving. These people want to work fast food make 15$ an hour but don't want to put the work in for that pay. I'm a truck driver i run coast to coast and it's the same all over either service so bad or none at all.

Worst Subway ever!! Stood in line for 20 minutes, with 3 people ahead of me, and 2 people behind me, ended up leaving before I could even order so I wouldn't be late for work. There was a young man who seemed to be the only one working while I saw at least 5 women in the back doing nothing. One restocked the cookies and left. Two others walked out, saw the line of people, then went over to Wendy's to hangout. The 4th one walked out probably to go to a break room or something. And I watched the 5th one cleaning the same area of wall in the back room the whole time I was waiting. No one bothered to even help the young man with orders, who was very slow at making sandwiches. He was averaging about 10 minutes per customer.

I ordered a Black Forest ham salad. When the young man was done making it I noticed the bowl was a quarter full at best. I kindly asked him to put lettuce on top. This is a $9 salad. I get home and had I not asked for the lettuce there wouldn’t have been a salad. Zero lettuce in the bowl except for what I had to ask for. He didn’t cut up the ham at all. He put full slices in the bowl. What happened to the way subway makes their salads. He needs to be retrained. Completely unacceptable. I have a picture of the ham not cut/sliced but I don’t see how to upload it. The shorter young man was very personable. I’m upset due to his attitude and inability to put lettuce in the bowl.

It takes an act of god to even get a worker to respond because they're in the back avoiding potential customers. If someone comes in at 12:00 which is noon that usually means they're on their lunch break and last time I checked I didn't know people got two days for lunch break I thought it was either 30 minutes or 45 minutes but your employees want to hide behind the counter for 25 minutes and then walk out as everybody's pissed off and leaving and then ask what they want. If you want food don't come here cuz you'll never get it

I was there for about 12 minutes and I waited and the coach looked out, saw me and continued inside, clients arrive and they never come out to serve me.
