I waited 20 minutes for my food, I didn't get my nacho fries after i notified the staff to change my original order, the number 6 is usually good however the bread was not as moisturized which isnt the staffs fault I blame the supply chain ppl aside from that great Job sorry to the Owner for my negative

Before I could say anything, I was directed to the kiosk where I self order. No receipt, I had to provide cell or email to be texted or emailed receipt.Terrible presumptive service. If I wasn't traveling, I'd have canceled everything. Taco Bell/ Pepsi do better. Your automated laziness isn't worth a $30 lunch

Pretty good food and the employees were nice. Notably, there was this one worker named Kevin who had a very cool haircut that reminded me of the 70’s and was really sweet and patient even though I have a really bad stutter and my granddaughter was being very naughty? my gal pal valenzia also likes to come here and her English isn’t very good but lo’ and behold, Kevin is fluent in Spanish so that makes going out with my gals more welcoming and good. give that young man a raise! Coming to work with a smile and good heart to be nice to people. I definitely will be returning because of this experience?? if I was very rich like mister Beast jimmy I would gift him a house and many more things like a Tesla too??? god bless??

Please hire someone that knows how to do their job like seriously in my opinion this is the lowest level of employment it takes nothing but common sense to work here if they aren’t competent enough to work here you should send them back to school.
Had me wait 10 minutes as the only car in the drive for 2 4pks of rolled tacos and 2 regular tacos and still shorted me 2 rolled tacos. Asking for sauce must have been too big the inconvenience.

This Taco Bell has never been able to get my order right. They rarely ever have a line, yet they never take the time to double check. I have gotten wrong items and missing items each and every time without fail! Even when I have returned for the missing items, they always question me extensively as though I am to blame. The photo shows my latest experience at this location. I had to drive back to the store to ask for sauce again. I asked for the regular taco with no tomatoes and each of my tacos was covered with tomatoes with barely any cheese!

Never fails, an item that I purchase wasn’t in my bag.Told the lady which this recipes shows Pablo Medina but it was a girl (Order # 0d8076) that to please please make sure to put everything in the bag, rudely gives me the food and I live 11 miles away to find out a item was missing. Can’t trust anyone at this location, make sure to take your time and take everything out of the bag and look to make sure it’s there. I work extremely hard and it’s a simple job but always fails.Would love to talk to a manager unless that was the manager to reach me because the third time is the charm. If the job is too hard find a new one.

This specific location of Taco Bell truly is the bottom of the fucking barrel. There are two ladies in specific that work here and they are some of the most disrespectful and incompetent roaches you will meet. I have been here a total of two times and both times I've dealt with unwarranted headache. My first visit was to pick up a mobile order, the bimbo handing me my order dropped my food in the drive thru when handing it to me, it didn't even reach my car before her clumsy hands spilled the order's components all over the floor outside the building. When I (kindly) asked for it to be remade, she had the nerve to give me an attitude AND charged my card twice. The second time I came here it was in the evening and the lady (I assume someone else?) in the drive through speaker was just overall rude. Not to mention I had to wait a good 45 seconds before anyone even picked up the speaker. After being given more attitude for no apparent reason I just drove off. Which thankfully was not an issue as the drive thru was completely empty, and for good reason too. I get it these workers are not paid much, which is why I always treat them with respect as it's the least I can do. But if these workers can't even be remotely nice, hell, you can't even as a baseline not be a complete shitbag, then get out of the industry! Not like there's anywhere else except Taco Bell that would hire someone as unhelpful as you. Seriously I don't understand how this location isn't shut down, due to the fact that it's right next to In-N-Out. The lines there are so long they practically wrap into Taco Bell's parking lot, and for good reason. Take your time and money there instead, or at least find another Taco Bell that won't make you feel like the shit that you're already gonna be dealing with later that day in the restroom.
