Usually don’t have bad interactions at this place, but went tonight on 2/16 and had HORRRIBLEEEE service. Bad attitude from Kimberaly Val, the cashier working the drive thru window. Doesn’t use basic manners and got upset I had two separate orders. Mind you, I say please and thank you and am polite to fast food workers, but she was rude and really tested my patience this day. I get home and she never gave me my drink. I come back to get it and she hands it to me thru the window with no apology and slams the window shut. This girl KIMBERLY VAL does not need to be in the drive thru window working with customers if her attitude is always like that. It was crazy!!!!!!

I've been Doordash delivering and my senses finally got the best of me! Had to get some Taco Bell. Sitting in the car looking at the outside of the store I'd have to say it's the nicest looking Taco Bell I've ever seen! Love the sconces around the building, a nice homey feeling and classy too! Haven't been inside but it doesn't look the typical Taco Bell either from what I can see. Looks like it has a comfortable ambiance as well. 😀
The food did satisfy my craving. Had a Mexican pizza ad nacho fries, which I hadn't tried yet. Tasty, the fries came with cheesy sauce, perfect for dipping.
As I ate I recalled the last time I was in Arizona and had Taco Bell...it was the best I'd ever had. My friend and I were here from Seattle and he thought so as well. We couldn't believe the difference in taste. Anyways, I would concur tonight's food was just as good!
Service, all 3 times that I came through tonight ~ was friendly, efficient and courteous! Runnin' a great ship here!

I will not go to the Taco Bell area again I was in the Drive-Thru window I paid my mail and I never received my money back I was waiting for my change back $2.00 I never received my money back the employee that I forgot about my change he thought it was funny. I'll never go to the Taco Bell ever again. I will take my business somewhere else.

I went through the DT and ordered 2 crunchy tacos and some cheese fiesta potatoes. The tacos were soggy horrible and the potatoes were old! I could tell because ive personally worked at a taco bell my self! The potatoes were old they had been sitting there for a while well past the correct time they should have!

Food was great but customer service was horrible. They were great while providing the food but when I needed more things later on I had to wait quite a while because they don't check the front counter.
Worst customer service. When I ask a question and instead of no sorry or just no I get NOPE, or nah f out here....

I’ve worked at this Taco Bell back in 2020? Maybe? I was the only cashier at the time and I don’t remember being able to get away with giving customers attitude and overall be rude. I came through the drive through I ordered and I didn’t get a response just a total on the screen so I pulled forward.. I get there and the girl opened it and asked if all I ordered was a freeze I said I also got two tacos. She adjusted the order and told me that I need to speak up because she didn’t hear anything I said and was rude about it. She opened the window handed my food and shut it before asking where the freezer was. It was a solid two minutes before she decided to open up the window and told me she had to charge me for it since I didn’t say I wanted it. Word by word it doesn’t sound bad but it was the attitude.
