I asked for PLAIN bean burrito and 3 crunchy tacos combo, the burrito had onions so I called got a replacement with a regular taco for the inconvenience. I realized that one of the 3 tacos combo did not have sour cream that was AFTER the replacements were picked up. I also ordered 2 cinnamon twisters that were pretty hard and couldn’t eat them all. At the end of the day it ruined the cravings we had for these items prior to and had the other items not been defective I would not have given a less than satisfactory review.

Every single time i come here they screw up my food, forget items, downsize my drinks and food, and they have horrible customer service, i recommend any other taco bell.
food was alright, normal quality. but the i assume manager due to uniform could not get my order correct. he was impossible to communicate with. the store was not very busy and he was not helpful. i ordered to the wrong location and after i remedied my mistake it still took forever to get my food. they did not and would not communicate that for me. the simple order i went there for ended up costing me 40 minutes my entire break at work. the woman who showed me how to change my food order was my only positive experience at this store today. so whoever that nice woman was that i was a little rude to, i am sorry and you’re doing a great job. but whoever is on window SUCKS.

This place sucks, they messed up my order and gave me a hard time about correcting it. She wanted me to go through my burrito in front of her to prove it was wrong. I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and they gave me some enchilada rice burrito. They finally decided to give me what I ordered and now I’ve spent the entire night on the toilet. Avoid this location!!

The grilled cheese burrito is a classic. I love it so much and I get it every time unless I’m getting breakfast; then I get the sausage breakfast burrito. The service is always very fast and I love all the drive thru workers. They recently got new uniforms. I think they look tacky ngl.
