Running Ismypassion

Paid extra for sour cream on chulpa and only had a little sour cream on it . Went to ask the for more and lady cook .. told cashier there’s enough sour cream and would not give moresour cream! I mean we paid extra come on! The vibes of the workers felt they didn’t want customers! Rude and not welcoming at all! Taco Bell gm do something! You should be embarrassed of how your employees work and treat there customers!!!!

The Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito is my absolute favorite from the new menu. I like to add rice and beans to it and make it that much better. The service at this location overall is good with a minimal wait time.

Dear Taco Bell General Manager, I'm writing to express my dismay,At a recent visit to your place, I must say,I ordered a Burrito Supreme combo meal, you see,But what I received was not what I expected it to be.I called your establishment, but no one would pick up,I tried multiple times, but it was a frustrating hiccup,So I decided to drive back to your store,To rectify the situation and order once more.I informed the lady at the drive-thru of my plight,About my failed calls and the frustrating fight,But instead of understanding and showing some care,She argued with me, and it left me in despair.She claimed she had been there all day long,And that the phone wasn't something she'd respond to strong,I was willing to pay for what I wanted to eat,But her lack of empathy made my experience incomplete.It's disheartening that customer service seems so rare,In a world where people don't seem to genuinely care,I hope my feedback can help you improve this situation,And restore the reputation of your fine establishment.Sincerely,Michael Harvey

Worst service, the girls in the morning are rude, stuck up, not helpful, and lazy. They took forever to get on the intercom. The first thing I hear is them laughing and then one asking "what you want?" Wish there was a better taco closer. I'd go more if so.

I like this Taco Bell (99th Ave and McDowell) because it's fast. The four stars are due to the location. It's near a super busy corner and it's hard to get in and out without some crazy driver trying to ram into you. But if you are brave and in a hurry, zip through their drive-thru. I'm sure someone thought it was a great location due to Costco being in the same lot.

I don't use the keyboard was told by the employee that they are not allowed to use the cash registers so I have to use the kiosk then give them my receipt to pay for my food so I walked out.

Some complaints are true about customer service, but not everyone is the same. Reason I come to this place is because there is never a line/crowd inside, so my order ?? is done quickly and with NO errors. Almost every day is empty inside, so it's quite and relax. They do need to do something about the closing hour's, the schedule is not that accurate??. Looks like you need to use the self order screen before getting your food which is one of the worst things Taco Bell started doing in some Restaurants. Still this place is a bit better than other TB ? Restaurants.Parking: There's plenty of parking space and about 4 spots for the handicap.

Worst Taco Bell experience EVER! I was so disappointed I threw it all away. I would have gone back to complain but my experience made me question whether the staff was RACIST. Upon entering I was told that I had to use the kiosk. The white lady who entered after me was immediately greeted and asked if they could take her order. Next when my food was ready I responded... LOUDLY "One moment I'm making my drink." When I got to the counter they had given my order to someone else. The manager immediately tells me "That's what you get for not responding.".. WHAT THE HELL??? I was hoping to food was worth it but it wasn't AT ALL! The fountain drink was watered down and the cinnamon twist tasted like fruit loops or somethingg.Needless to say I'll NEVER go to this location again. Bell Road Arrowhead location is hands down the BEST! I have been contemplating calling corporate. HORRIBLE!!! Just HORRIBLE!!!

BOO HISS!! At 1:00 am, 9/13/23, I drove up after giving the cashier name on Door Dash delivery, the one vehicle in line was being motioned by a hand at the window to stay back. Two waves, then one to come, then food was handed out and the car took off. I pulled up and asked did you ask them to hold back. She said, "Yes, we were waiting on food." I told her my p/u name, and she asked me to pull around that the food was ready for the cars behind me, and the milk order was larger, not ready, and would be by the time I came back around. Not happy, and knowing better, I did, by the time I got there, Four cars were waiting to reach the speaker, and five more to reach the window, so I pulled into a stall to wait. I sent a guy who was with me around to the window to let her know, but she just laughed when he told her I was waiting, he claimed she didn't seem to care. He said she told him, "I'm waiting on her food still!" Not get in line, or I will be out...so when the line went down, I got back in line. At the speaker, I asked why she didn't come out. She said she was the only person working and couldn't leave. I contacted my support team to let them know because my wait time to pick up my food and delivery had been delayed which counts against my stats. I had to call my customer and explain why they had to wait for their food. When finally reached the window, I asked her again, "Why?" She looked at the guy standing next to her, who was there for the first time. "I can't leave the register, I'm the only cashier". That's when I realized. She was worried about the time a vehicle spent in the drive-thru. She was trying to keep her time per vehicle down. Needless to say, that was the worst experience at a fast food restaurant in all my days, and I'm talking both as a driver for four years and a customer, I'm 58 years old and have had my share of fast food as well as worked for them.Recently, I have given praise to other Taco Bells because of their efficiency and timing in comparison to the others. They deserved it. And, here is my shout-out to you young lady. You are lazy! You are rude! You are unprofessional! Your time management skills leave a lot to be desired! Actually, on a scale of 1-10, you rate (-1), if not worst! I have never experienced such a bad technique in handling a workload. A new employee with no experience, who has never been employed would have been a better choice than you. It was not the cooks. It wasn't the customers. It was you! I have never written a negative review before today, NEVER! THAT IS HOW BADLY YOU MADE ME FEEL LAST NIGHT! I HOPE I NEVER HAVE TO RETURN TO YOUR LINE, EVER! I WILL NEVER FORGET THE WAY YOU LAUGHED, EVEN AFTER YOU MADE ME GO AROUND, AND TOLD LAUGHED AT ME TO MY FRIEND. NOT EVEN OFFERING WORDS THAT WOULD BE ENCOURAGING THAT YOU CARED ABOUT MY TIME AND EFFORT AS A PERSON. YOU ARE A TERRIBLE PERSON EVEN WITHOUT BEING AN EMPLOYEE OF TACO BELL! ITACO BELL, YOU WOULD BE WISE TO WATCH THIS EMPLOYEE VERY CLOSELY. SHE IS UP TO NO GOOD!
