My burger was salty. My wife's lettuce wrap tasted as if the lettuce wasn't washed properly.

The food is okay , but they're always forgetting something, you can't even call the restaurant because they can't assist you with a refund, they tell you to go back to the store ,like if it's so close and traffic isn't bad, then tries submitting a request online and all they have if suggested and comments🤦🏽♀️VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
This restaurant is well recommended! The food was delicious and the staff was awesome!! The manager even went as far as making sure my food allergy was handled with care due to me being allergic to pork. So if you're a local and have never been here: A BiG Shame on YoU because you are missing out BIG time!!

11/23/2024 around 3 pm ordered a couple of burgers with cheese. Total disappointment: The meat was a very small portion. There was too much shredded lettuce, plus we waited nearly 30 minutes. And the food was cold. All for 30 bux! We definitely feel taken advantage of. Pick it up habit before you become a bad habit.
It is now 7:30 pm and I feel sick.

Ordered the new chicken pesto sandwich and when I got home only half of it chicken on it and the other half had two small pieces of chicken. Which is absolutely ridiculous for the price. I ordered no salt on fries and they came over salted.

worst service ever. since the manager thinks it’s okay to yell at people who SIMPLY & POLITELY asked to re-make a burger we messed up and admitted too it, but noooo it had to be a scene. it took five minutes to remake it and you think that’s okay??? genuinely insane. whoever made you think you could speak to people that way is actually crazy. baby you’re a habit manager. not an owner of a billionaire company…
