You can hear every conversation from other tables. My pasta felt like it came from a box. My chicken was definitely frozen chicken that was most likely microwaved and put on top of my pasta. Nothing special here at all. Prices high for what it is. Wouldn’t go back.
Great hidden gem in Old Town Avondale. Everything is house made, pasta, deserts, sauces and WOW! I had the lobster ravioli, hubs the chicken marsala, limoncello cake and tiramisu. Everything was excellent, not a crumb was left. Service was excellent as well. This was our first visit and we will definitely be back.
Ordered the sampler platter with meatballs on the side. There was lasagna, spaghetti, and chicken parm. The sauce was mild very bland which didnt compliment any of the dishes. This made the spaghetti and lasagna very disappointing. The chicken parmesan however was great! Crispy and tasty without the sauce. Service was very good. Atmosphere was average. This is a small location in downtown Avondale. Old building kinda quaint but trying to be fancy in a way.
Tried this place for the first time, I had the steak Gorgonzola and my wife had the shrimp farfalle and they were both delicious! The service was friendly and amazing! 10/10 will be back.
I was hoping for homemade pasta when I went here. It’s not.
So we really wanted to love this place. It had great reviews so we decided to try it and don’t think we will be back.
I ordered the chicken parm. It came with two unnaturally uniform, commercially processed breaded chicken patties that I am positive were frozen Tyson chicken patties. Sauce was no better than store bought.
Wife had the baked Ziti. Again, seemed like store bought pasta.
The restaraunt also needs a makeover. Very dark.
The bright spot in this experience was the waitress. She was personable, attentive….very good experience with the staff.
Here is the paridox with this place. The menu and recipes look awesome. The ingredients are severely lacking.
If they used more quality ingredients, this place would be awesome.
What a gem in the rough. It was so quaint that we loved it.
I just wasn't very impressed with it. Our waitress sat us and didn't even greet us or get a drink order. Then she proceeded to seat another table that she did greet and did get drinks for before coming back to our table to even take a drink order. Calamari was nice and crispy. It tasted good but was not seasoned very well. My biggest complaint was the veal marsala. It was the worst piece of veal I've ever had. Tiny, chewy little piece and it came with mashed potatoes instead of pasta. Which I did not expect at the pasta factory. The sauce was good but for the price, just not worth it. My son's spaghetti bolognese was not good either. The noodles have a weird texture. I would not recommend.
This is one of my favorite restaurants. Everything is delicious. I love to support local restaurants. Never had a bad entree. Deserts are amazing. Try the Lemon cake desert. Staff and owners are hard working family. You won’t regret coming to PF. Tom in Verrado

Found this place online as I did a search of restaurants near me. Went there on Friday night with another couple. All four of us thought this place was amazing. The food was delicious and so was the Sangria. We had the toasted ravioli appetizer and the mussels, both were delicious. The manicotti dish I had was so good. My hubby had the steak on fettuccine Alfredo and he said it was so so good. The service was friendly, fast and awesome. Lina was our waitress and she was friendly, funny, and such a good vibe. We loved her. I would definitely recommend this place and definitely will be a place we go back to, for the food, the service (Lina) and for the vibe.
