Not enough chicken in bowl. 5 small pieces of chicken in a bowl is absurd.

My wife and I used to visit when the restaurant was in Phoenix on Camelback road. Since they moved now they are 18 mi away.
But whenever we are in the area, it's a real treat to stop in and have lunch. Customer service is always top notch. Very friendly. Food quality is great and even with the outrageous prices at restaurants today, they are not way out of a line like so many other places. We used to visit many other restaurants and have simply stopped going because their prices have shot up 30 to 40% in the last 3 years. Tokyo Joe's is gone up a little but again not out of line.
We always leave full and satisfied. Thank you

There’s never a long line anytime I come here no matter the day or time. Staff is always attentive enough. I love their Kula salad, and their sushi isn’t the best I’ve ever had, but definitely worth the price. They have a variety of bowls and combos. The food is usually pretty fresh!

Tried the curry soup and the ramen bowl. Curry soup was good, with good spice, but the Ramen Bowl was terrible. The egg did not taste fresh, and the toppings were totally forgettable. Noodle texture was good, at least, but OMG, the broth was so bad. Just pure salt, no other flavor. I've actually been to Tokyo... this doesn't even compare to the ramen ANA serves on the plane!

Great place, e had many questions do to dietary restrictions and they looked up each one so e could choose wisely. Bento box is good and so are the bowls.

I used to love, love, love the poke bowls with a scoop of crab. Unfortunately, I hadn't visited in a long time, and they stopped using REAL crab. Very disappointing. I miss the original Tokyo Joe's. I will continue to go there, I probably won't be adding Krab to my orders. The poke bowls are still good. They're just not over the top great! If you're looking for a healthy fast food, this is a good place.

I really love the food but I ordered ahead on the app because I have been short lunch breaks and had to wait 15 minutes after my pickup time so now I can't eat. The food is great always super fresh and great vegetarian and gluten free options
