This Wendy's is inside a Pilot Truck Stop. I used the drive-thru, but I will say that the server who took my order today was polite and very welcoming. Once I got to the window, she greeted me with a warm smile and welcome. Fantastic customer service, and I will return. I love the Biggie specials, Baconator, and
Angus combo meals. You should also try their strawberry lemonade. Thank you!

Please get your Apple Pay for drive thru fixed. Don’t like how the cashier kept my phone the whole time I was waiting, then to read my screen while handing it back. Smh.

Meagan, who is the manager, was absolutely rude and disrespectful towards me because I asked for my food to be freshly cooked. For no reason she was annoyed, but out of respect, I still told her thank you after she passed me my cookies while I waited for my food. When I told her thank you, her response was "YUP". She then sat down in the dining room with another employee. I heard her conversation, laughing and cursing. After I received my food, I told her that as a manager, she should always thank her customers, and her response in front of everyone, including the employee she was sitting with who works at Pilot, was "I don't have to thank customers". I told her, "You'll thank them when I report you," and she responded by saying, "No, I won't." She was extremely unprofessional. I was told she doesn't care because she's leaving the store soon. Such an awful human being. If you want to check your cameras, this happened at 3:25 AM this morning. The employee from Pilot, told me she was going to report it to her manager, not sure if she will or not because they seem to be friends, but all of the employees at Wendy's witnessed everything but were too scared to give me her name. Meagan refused to give me her name, she also told me she doesn't care if I leave a bad review or not. I was able to get her name from an employee that work in the store.

DO NOT COME HERE!! THERE ARE BETTER PLACES NEWRBY!! It is very rare when I leave a place a bad review, although this place is horrible. I’ve been coming here for the last 7 years and the customer service here is nowhere to be found. They served my wife and I cold mushroom burgers. Mind you, it was almost $30 and we could’ve just gone somewhere else and maybe they don’t care (THEY DONT BTW) but to serve us cold food is just crazy. Might as well spit in our food too. This place is messy, dirty, unprofessional, horrible quality, and does not make you feel welcome.

Probably the worst Wendy's I've ever gone to made a pit stop to pick up some junior bacon cheeseburgers after an exhausting late day 8pm. I get to my house 30mins later super excited to eat the Wendy's delicious Junior Bacon's only to find out they gave me buns and a Patty with a bunch of onions

This location has gotten better but still runs out of food or doesn’t prepare enough for the shift staff is friendly at least now so that’s an improvement right there. It’s not a homeless camp anymore another plus so improving definitely. Now if they could get the food issue resolved they would be AAA+++. Keep up the good work though you are definitely improving in a positive way ⭐️⭐️

I’ve always loved Wendy’s but the service in this place was just so bad. I usually don’t even write reviews but genuinely it was terrible. I’m not going to go into full detail about everything but to some it up I ordered online 10 minutes prior to showing up. When I arrived the drive thru was “broken” inside there were 3 workers 2 of which were in the back doing anything but their job. The shift lead I spoke to had AirPods in and was one of the most pretentious people I’ve ever come into contact with. After I told her I had a mobile order she looked surprised like it wasn’t there before or something? She then yelled into the back saying “HEY YOU GUYS HAVE SANDWICHES TO MAKE” and it took a total of 15 minutes for my food to come out and I was the only customer, and that’s besides the fact that I ordered 10 minutes before I even got there. So yeah… if there is a manager reading this, your employees need some work.

If I could give this Wendy's a negative I would. There has not been a time where I have not come in here where their staff is just professional, all of them are unprofessional, their ghetto. The food is disgusting. The quality of it is horrible is always cold, Always find a bunch of people playing in back, and on this particular day Breakfast is supposed to start at 1030,And the lady says she's not starting it because she's not ready. It sucks because for truck drivers. This is all that we have, but the standard should be so much more higher. I will never come to this Wendy's Again, I'll take my chances at McDonald's.
