Review by Johnny Lifer I want to recognize someone who truly makes a difference at Wendy’s — Star. She stands out the moment you see her work. Her humility speaks first, but her work ethic speaks even louder. Star doesn’t just wipe down tables and move on — she goes above and beyond, disinfecting everything thoroughly, even the legs of the chairs. That level of detail shows pride and real care, not just for the job, but for the customers. She’s tough when it comes to standards and doing things right, but always friendly and respectful with people. Customers feel welcomed, and the team feels supported. That balance is rare. Star is the definition of a team player — dependable, hardworking, and consistent. The kind of employee every workplace hopes for but few actually have. Much respect to her. Went there asking for the JBC meal which was posted on giant ads on the front window, as well as on a small banner next to the drive-through menu. We were told that they no longer have that meal, even though they had yet to take down their signage they forgot to give us our forks. They gave us cold food, and then when we looked at the soda machine, the horror, the absolute horror that was the monstrosity of this machine. It looked like it literally came out of the fallout game, mold, mildew, rust, and everything else. Needless to say, I didn’t even eat my meal. I just threw it away, but it is the trauma of seeing how disgusting that this restaurant was that will stay with me forever.

In addition to having movie✨ star names, Jewelle and Venus took great care of me both times I came in to get food for my husband and I. The fries were cooked better than most ever are at Wendy's (not under done) and they were just so sweet andafe sure my order was correct. Someone almost gave me less than I ordered but Jewelle's attention to detail caught it and had me well taken care of. Especially her late night energy was a beacon of hope in what is otherwise one of the worst pilots I've been to. (4 the pilot: Which seems to have more to do with shear volume than employee neglect) Generally when the truck stop is this rough, this crowed and when the food places are this busy the standards drop. But these ladies and several others that were working take really good care of this place. It's clean, the lobby and the kitchen, which I don't even feel clean walking through the parking lot here, but somehow they hold it together and never seen to let the pressure get them down or let the stations suffer. I think they deserve a raise, a bonus and a genuine thank you because I guarantee it's not just me that responds well to the way they run this Wendy's, like it's their very own pride and joy!! Ladies bless you in all theost important ways. You will go far being so awesome 😎 ps- thanks for talking me into the coffee and then making it with love!

Went to the drive thru around 11pm and the lady who took the oder was not friendly. Once receiving the food the burgers were cold. My husband went inside and was told that by a lady that she had just made them and they were not cold. He said she sailed them unto the trash and gave him two more that were also cold. He said they were extremely rude inside and he felt himself getting angry. My husband does not anger easily so this was an issue. I did not go inside because it would not have been a productive interaction. We have been going to this Wendy's forever and have never been treated this way. The ladies were African American, as are we so no we are not biased in our complaints. We have decided as a unit to no longer patronize this facility. I am very disappointed and feel devalued. There was no reason to be treated this way. Thank you.

I ordered a mail got the wrong mail. I was told by the Manager Venus to come back and get the sandwich remade upon them remaking my sandwich. Something did not sit right with me. Always check your food before you fight into your food and my picture will show why these young people Are messing up orders and then doing things to harm people. This is so unprofessional so unhealthy and Wendy should be soon and those workers should be replaced by plan with people health as well as they need a job. We’re trying to order and eat food. That’s not gonna harm us because of the people who preparing the food has an attitude this will be taken up with corporate everyone check your food please do as they do not care when you look at the picture you will see the paper. The sticker is still on the tomato.
