I ordered a mail got the wrong mail. I was told by the Manager Venus to come back and get the sandwich remade upon them remaking my sandwich. Something did not sit right with me. Always check your food before you fight into your food and my picture will show why these young people Are messing up orders and then doing things to harm people. This is so unprofessional so unhealthy and Wendy should be soon and those workers should be replaced by plan with people health as well as they need a job. We’re trying to order and eat food. That’s not gonna harm us because of the people who preparing the food has an attitude this will be taken up with corporate everyone check your food please do as they do not care when you look at the picture you will see the paper. The sticker is still on the tomato.

at what point in society and shrink economics did some fast food restaurants decide they were going to cheat us and get a trophy wife and a 17 car garage by not giving us napkins anymore it's ridiculous and Wendy's is not the only place that is practicing this!!!!!

I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered a taco salad, order of spicy Wednesday nuggets and a large chilli. I got the nuggets, cobb salad(with no chicken), and a LARGE chilli and a SMALL chilli. The receipt shows 2 orders med. Combo of spicy nuggets, med fries and med lemonade. For 25.55. . They weren't that busy-at least the drive thru. The food I received doesn't even match the receipt! Usually this store is decent. This happened Tuesday, the 9/16/25, approx. 1135 am.

We went in during breakfast and got the dollar breakfast biscuits and two caramel cold foam coffees. Felix was amazing and very friendly. He informed us that it may take a little longer because there oven was out but it went pretty fast for how many people were waiting.
Wendys was an absolute disaster. I went in with one simple pregnancy craving. Fries and buffalo sauce. Buffalo sauce is clearly listed on their menu yet the manager looked me dead in the face and said they do not have it. No apology, no explanation, just complete incompetence. Then they had the nerve to charge me 10.99 for fries and sauce. What a joke. I went somewhere else right after and got the exact same thing for 5.49 and they actually knew what was on their own menu. This place is a scam run by people who clearly do not care. Never going back.

Just wonderful when you walk in the whole place just makes you smile and have a good experience.And a you need something and you ask.They're more than welcome to help out the gentlemen in the seafood area with so helpful the other day when I was in there.It was a very wonderful experience.All the questions that I had he had answers for and if he didn't he got the answer I was very grateful.
