They was a kind young man earlier today by the name of Marcus, he showed great customer service. It was very polite. Serve my food with speed and take care of me and my family. I will for sure be coming back just to visit this young man and see how he’s doing. He’s a very good worker and I believe he should get a raise soon.

Unlike every fast food restaurant in the world, the employees here are told that everyone needs to order and then pull into a Lane 10' from the drive thru window. The. We have to wait for our food. This was not the employees' fault its the bad management decisions.

I ordered a patty melt meal substituted the soda for a coffee received my meal and a great timely manner took a drink of my coffee as I was driving off It tasted like nothing but syrup or I don't know what they put in it. Went back around said I would go ahead and take a Dr pepper instead do you need my card to give me the difference back she said no. okay, maybe they'll just give me cash for it. my assumption. I asked okay where's the difference and she's like oh it's only like a 30 something cents difference okay so you're not going to give me my difference, I said you know what ok, we will leave it at that. I drove off. I get home My patty melt bread is burnt soggy my fries were pretty much all end pieces It seemed like they were from two different batches pretty much for $15 this is a kind of service we're getting now people I would expect something from this post this is not the first time unfortunately.
&&18.00 for 6tiny pieces of chicken! A small fry and a lg drink!!!??? Is the company ripping me off? I expect a reply please!!?? If I pay the cost of 2!!! MEALS!!!! I expect 2 meals !! Not 1!!

I went in for a mushroom burger but was told they were limited time only but i seen on t.v they were making them again but was told they are not the food is awesome but did'nt get what i wantef
