I order from this Whataburger regularly, and earlier this week I noticed my Whataburger tasted off. I figured maybe it was just an off day or even something with me, so I ordered again. Unfortunately, the same issue happened. The chicken strip box meals were great fresh, hot, and the drinks tasted really crisp. The fries were excellent too. But the Whataburger itself was a big problem. The patty had a foul smell, was dry, grayish, crumbling, and tasted old not fresh at all. I even had other people smell and taste it to make sure it wasn’t just me, and they agreed the quality just wasn’t there. I also picked the option for some sides of sauce regular ketchup, and spicy ketchup in my mobile order, but none of the sauces were included. This happens very, very often. Even at the drive-thru window, they ask if I’d like any sauces, I always say yes, and then they still don’t put them in the bag. I’m not sure what the point of asking is if the sauces never make it in the order. They did include straws this time, which I appreciate because a lot of places forget them, but there were no napkins in the bag either. I did call the restaurant to let them know about the burger, and they were very polite and offered to compensate me with a free meal for the inconvenience, which I appreciate. I just hope the burger quality and consistency improve, because I usually really enjoy Whataburger.

On the road for work at 3am was able able to get a 3 hot fresh biscuits and gravy via drive thru eating in a restaurant was not an option. All in all was the well over expections. If anything else good bad ? I only had the biscuit and gravy

Rude service ! I ordered online and the person was so rude telling me I have to go inside what's the point of ordering online if I can't come thru the drive thru to pick it up, also she then proceed to come out because now they can't find my order I will never be coming back I ordered ahead for a reason and it's still not ready I'm sitting here waiting even longer to receive my food after they came out to talk to me horrible experience!!!
