This review is more for the staff at this location than the food. The food is always mid, hence the 4 stars, but I came in on the night of 5 free wings, and it was obviously very busy.
The team in the back seemed to be working well together, although I wasn't trying to watch them the whole time like I'm a supervisor. There wasn't much standing around.
Mainly, it was the two ladies up front handling the customers and phone calls that prompted this review.
They were cool under pressure!
They greeted people coming in, recognizing when people came in when they were away from the counter and read off names on orders in the window just in case.
Taking calls of crybaby customers with poise and maturity and not letting it rattle them.

So, I just wanted 10 wings and extra sauce, but instead I got bad service, a mumbling girl and 30 painful minutes waiting like Im dumb and dont know what to do. She realized 30 minutes after that she lost the reicept. I was furious!! I had to wait 30 minutes!! FOR THAT!? NUH UH! She said it would be ready in 2 minutes! It was ready in 10!! Ugh! Anyways, service, food and atmosphere was BAD!! 0/10! Do not come here. At all.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😤😤😤
This is a popular location so expect to wait but the service here. They're so polite and there's a lot of sweet ladies

Food took a bit of time, but well worth it. Expect to wait 10-20, but the restaurant was VERY well kept, and the order was made perfectly the first time.
The review is mainly to appreciate the EXCELLENT service from ANSELMO at the register. It was mine and my husbands first time here, and he was incredibly patient explaining the flavor and options.
The fast food is an industry that has lately been fully staffed by miserably people who hate their job but he was so genuine and had such a great attitude it change the whole experience. He was even cleaning in the spare minutes he had between orders.
ANSELMO deserves extra appreciation, and any company would be lucky to have him.

The food is horrible. I need a refund last week the manager Stefan had horrible attitude! Really bad costumer service the wings aren’t even spicy just pure food coloring. Very horrible managers.

Avondale - Dysart Road. Fast service. When I went to the counter to get my order. Some guy i’m assuming he’s the manager. Asked if I called the customer service person stupid. It caught me off guard at first. I told him no but you’re stupid for falsely accusing me. I snatched my order from the counter and left. I will never forget that experience!! Surely won’t eat there again.

You guys have to fix the promise time, waiting 20 minutes after
Went in to pick up a PICKUP door dash order for my sister and Daphne checks all the bags made and tickets and tells me there is no order and as I tried to explain to her we out in a order through door dash she cut me off and said if a driver picked it up she can’t help me with my order. I had a screen shot of the order we put in along with payment verification but she was being rude and not even wanting to look at the phone or anything. Mind you a driver SHOULD NOT be assigned to the order since it’s a pick up order through DoorDash not delivery and after arguing with her she grabs another employee who tries to tell me the same bs but was atleast nicer about it. Then Daphne tells me she’ll get me a receipt and after looking in computer for a while she says quietly we’ll help you with the order sir. Why did I have to go through all that to get an order we paid for ? Her attitude was terrible and I asked for manager and Daphne said she is the manager but I highly doubt with her attitude and also they were asking for someone and they said she was on break so I’m sure that was the real manager on break. And to end it we didn’t even get everything we paid for !

First time eating at Wing Stop. This will be my last. Ordered the 3 tender meal with Blue Cheese dressing. The fries were limp and definitely not fresh. Chicken tenders were overcooked. Dressing was clearly watered down. The watered down dressing sealed the deal. You can’t do that and expect people not to notice. Bleu cheese dressing is a staple for any kind of chicken wing. Doesn’t matter how good the chicken is if the dressing drips off.

I had a problem with the cashiers when taking my order, but the cashier who I remember, Marisol, came to help the situation and was very respectful and understanding. The food was good and came out fast. I got the 6 piece combo.

Service was amazing such beautiful and kind girls working they took their time with me I had no clue what to order. My Chicken was so good and crispy seasoned well.
