Yogurtland Avondale

Very frustrated with this location. I just went to get Froyo tonight right before they closed, I showed up at 9:55pm when they are supposed to close at 10:00pm. I walked inside of this Yogurt land and the girl who was working there told me “Oh I’m sorry, we’re closed” and I told her it wasn’t even 10:00pm yet, and she said “We shut down at 9:50pm”. I just feel like if your hours are until 10:00pm, then you should be serving customers until 10:00pm! Not shut down at 9:50pm because you want to leave early. I have a family of 4 that I was planning on buying froyo for, and this place is now losing my business permanently! It’s very frustrating and in my opinion this is terrible customer service!

Lots of options for yogurt and toppings! The store was very clean and arranged and the gentleman up front was very kind. My new favorite yogurt spot.

The workers locked the doors @9pm. The lights were on and there was a worker inside so when we go to open the door it was locked and the workers left to the back. A couple minutes later they turn off all the lights and exit and lock the doors behind them and it wasn’t even 10pm yet, not even close.

The yogurt made me and my granddaughter sick. I don't know if they don't clean the machines like they are supposed to but we literally were sick. My granddaughter is 6 y/o. These places are where young children love to go as a snack or reward. We shouldn't have to worry about the cleanliness of the machines. Wipe them down periodically because a lot of hands touch them. Make sure nothing is sour or spoiling. Cover condiments when there are no customers. Flies can get in and land on your stuff. They carry terrible diseases. Sorry I had to give this review but you charge so much and to get sick was a horrible outcome.

It's Saturday evening, my wife an I came to eat here and the place is very clean with there staff member Jordan who is very nice and helpful with a positive attitude an professional. My wife an I live in Goodyear an we definitely will be coming here again. Thank you Jordan for your service 🙏🏼 To owners reply Jordan is a female not a male

They don’t offer water anymore? Only 2 nondairy flavors lemon and 🇺🇸 popsicle, wish they offered a smaller cup option.

10:20pm on a Saturday night and the staff is already closing the store and pulling topping and or not refilling them.. it is what it is but at least warn people when the walk in the door 40min before you close.

Cool little spot, of course the frozen yogurt was amazing!

Ice cream was decent, just wish there wasn’t reggaeton music blaring through the speakers when walking in. The scent is like Fabuloso is in there air vents.

Felt like I was at a night club. Especially with my child with me. I get it’s west Phoenix, but wow lol!

It was very crowded when we arrived, which is a good sign for a business. It was hard to see the flavors in advance because of the partition and the crowd. There were frozen yogurt drippings by each dispenser. They had plenty of toppings for the little ones to choose from. I had to ask for coconut flakes. We sat in the grassy area because all the tables and chairs were full.
