Drove all the way from Phoenix to Bagdad for lunch just to try it. Was very disappointed. Will not return. Sign on window says something about wait but will be worth it. I had burger, fries and chocolate shake. Wife had same but sweet potato fries. My meal ice cold. Wifes fries were warm. Only reason they made mine and it sat for 20 minutes prior to bringing to table. Waitress or help never came back to table to ask how it was. It “could” have been good burger but not this time. 111 mile drive each way. The other food establishment was closed. (Sunday) Shake was just ok. I did eat burger as very hungry but only partially the COLD fries. Just a weird experience overall

When it first opened service was good. But that seems to have been progressively getting worse. We had lunch there and one of the food items we got was the mushroom cheesesteak. It was very dry served on a dry bun. No vegetables, no cheese, just a log of meat. The server never bothered to come and check if we needed refills.Wait times have been progressively getting worse regardless of how busy they are. I guess when you're one of 3 establishments in the town it doesn't matter. Just know if you go you'll get subpar service and some items on the menu are just slapped together.
