This place is a hidden gem that’s punching way above its weight.

As someone who travels constantly and eats across the country from food trucks to five star, I can honestly say the enchiladas here are legit. I ordered them christmas style with both red and green chile, and they were absolutely fantastic. The chile is real Hatch New Mexican style, just as good as I’ve had anywhere in New Mexico.

It's rare to find this level of flavor and care in a place as remote as Bagdad. The atmosphere was meticulously curated as well. Honestly, it's impressive, props to the team.

If you're on the fence, give it a shot — and try the enchiladas. I’d also highly recommend the over easy egg on top as well! This place deserves more love.

Wow! Stacked Enchilada is amazing - the tacos were incredible, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere is fun. We had a fairly large party and the restaurant went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you!

I've had many burritos 🌯 and most don't get a write-up. The Phoenix OMG! and their red sauce tips it off. The young man who was cooking while I was there is the one who made it, make sure he makes yours. Mama says if you don't have anything good to say...WOW so nice to have great food. Nothing is expensive if it's worth it, not only paid but tipped. We need to keep cooks like this in the business.

The food is very good. The service is excellent. I recommend the enchilada and the burger. Don't forget to order chips; the mango salsa is very good.

If you're looking for an amazing culinary experience in a small town, make sure to visit this place! The Beef Tenderloin burrito is out of this world! They source their meat from a local supplier known for its quality, and it’s clear that every dish is crafted with care and intention. The staff members are not only professional but also incredibly friendly! The place itself is a work of art. I legit feel like family walking in. We truly appreciate how the owners have infused culture and community into Bagdad. Appreciate you guys!!!

The Stacked Enchilada is hands down one of my favorite spots for Mexican food. Everything is made from scratch—from the salsas to the tortillas—and you can really taste the difference. The vibe is great, and the staff is super friendly.
They’ve got an awesome selection of beer, mead, and fun drink specials too. Whenever I'm in the area, I make it a point to stop here and it’s always worth it. I try something new every time, but I always come back to the salsas, enchiladas, and tacos.
If you’re anywhere near Bagdad, do yourself a favor and check this place out.

The menu looked promising. It has pretty pictures and states that the food is "scratch made". Doubt it! The beef tenderloin looked and tasted as if it had been pre-cooked and dumped out of a bag or container for re-heating, the beans looked as if they came out of a can, and the rice appeared to have been stored in a styrofoam cup and dumped on the plate in that shape. None of the food looked like the menu pictures and all of it was bland and cold. Honestly, it was some of the highest priced, worst and most disappointing food. The music was monotonous and loud (pseudo-reggae), the service was slow, and all in all our lunch in this place was awful.

The food is good however it took an hour to make 8 street tacos and a Burrito. I would suggest that if you have MSHA to order online an hour before your lunch!

I’m very impressed with how great this place is. The food is outstanding, salsa is on point and not to mention the atmosphere is nothing like what you’d expect in Bagdad. The employees are also super sweet and professional. I was with a few other guys from out of town as well and they were shocked with how good this place was too. Keep up the good work 👌

Fabulous food and service so grateful to have this establishment in our little town. Highly recommend the sliders, enchiladas, beer cheese, guacamole, tenderloin tacos, the breakfast burritos (especially dipped in green enchilada sauce) the carne asada quesadillas, and of course the pineapple mojitos 😊 we haven’t been disappointed by a dish yet!
