I ordered food through the app, the money was debited. when I came to pick up the order, the cashier said that they had already closed and they would not give me food. The money was not returned to me either. They told me to call the supervisor, who naturally does not answer the phone. -25$

I had to yell to the back to ask someone to take my order. Myself and another customer were waiting to order, staff saw us, but we were ignored.
I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and a quarter pounder with cheese. No fries. No drink. No meal. I was charged over $18. I refused to pay that much, canceled the order, and got my money back.
Staff were polite and patient with me.

$6 for a double hamburger (pay close attention to that word.) Only to see it's a double cheeseburger when I'm already on I-40. So then a 14 mile round trip just to wait another 10 minutes while the manager chats on his cell phone and the cook has to be told TWICE to r3make it. You're quite lucky that you aren't scrubbing the burger off the front window.
Listen close. If you can't do something as simple as read an order, YOU DO NOT DESERVE $15/HR.

Stopped by for coffee this morning at around 9am 9/20/24 and the McDonalds Male Cashier who was going in held the door even if he had a tray full in his hands! Really appreciated the gesture even if he didn't need to do it. His hands were full! He was soft spoken, attentive and quick on his feet!
And the Manager there is just the same, really kind, soft spoken, very attentive and accommodating to assist even with a simple purchase to avail of a promotional drink my brother wanted to get.
This McDonald branch is blessed to have gotten a great combo of these two! Please do treat them well!

Set in the drive through for 5 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Then pulled up to the window to get someone's attention & waited another 3 minutes before we gave up. Never got acknowledged. Need more people working at this location.
