Automated... the WORST SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD. 2 employees total.. one was completely useless.. wandering around... getting nothing done. The other in the back was in slow motion. In the 16 minutes I waited for my big Mac to arrive.. not one of the 8 people with orders were served and not one drive up customer received food. This is unbelievable except for the fact that it happened to me last year at the same McDonald's. I finally demanded a refund and then walked out. I'll never go back to any McDonald's..... ever.

Waited 20 minutes in drive through. Cody's voicemail is full. There was another guy waiting for 30 minutes, he left before getting his food. This is the absolute worst mcdonalds to go to, if you can, keep going into flag to go to mcdonalds, you'll get your food faster even with the longer drive.

Since when a breakfast in McDonalds costs you $24 per person? McDonald’s is a symbol of good American cheap but quality food, no place for up charges and all bs. Stuff is pretty good tho.

Since when is a plain hamburger over $5.00 is it just this place. Sorry but that’s a rip off no fries no drink no cheese on it just a single plain hamburger is over 5 bucks. Get 2 your over 10 may as well go to Dennys and get something better.

Stopped in to order food through the drive thru. Waited 5 minutes and no acknowledgement from the workers at all. Only when I drove away did they help the person behind me. Happened more than a few times but I figured on the off chance they'd actually take my order in a timely fashion. It is what it is though. I'd avoid this place and drive the 10 minutes into Flagstaff to get food McDonalds or other establishments.
I ordered food through the app, the money was debited. when I came to pick up the order, the cashier said that they had already closed and they would not give me food. The money was not returned to me either. They told me to call the supervisor, who naturally does not answer the phone. -25$

I had to yell to the back to ask someone to take my order. Myself and another customer were waiting to order, staff saw us, but we were ignored.
I ordered a 10 piece nuggets and a quarter pounder with cheese. No fries. No drink. No meal. I was charged over $18. I refused to pay that much, canceled the order, and got my money back.
