The most pleasant subway I’ve ever been to. I was helped by Joshua and he was smiling, and very helpful. He suggested a couple of things for my sandwich that helped make my sandwich top notch. Thank you Joshua for making me smile and making my experience perfect

One of those subways that will refuse to toast your sandwich because they think the customer doesn't know what they want. Utter power tripping losers.

Long story incoming but the short of it is I've never felt so disrespected by a business when I was trying to be civil about an issue. When I'm spending half an hour of my income on a sandwich that was causing me physical discomfort to eat, the least that a multi-billion dollar company can do it not be so mean about a small refund.

So as far as a "gas station Subway" goes, it was totally fine until I had a bad experience today. I've eaten here a lot as I pass through and for the most part my experiences have been totally fine. The food was pretty good and people were nice enough. Recently, however, their entire staff changed, now it's slower, and you do get noticeably less on your sandwich.
Today, I got a six inch and added bacon and jalapenos to it. I ate about half the sandwich but stopped when I bit down on the 3rd stem from the jals. They're not comfortable to chew on if you're unfamiliar. I normally don't go back to restaurants, but when a 6 inch is $10 now, I expect it to be edible. I walked in and simply asked for a refund, the manager was immediately visibly irritated with me, but began to ring up a refund.
Awesome, problem solved... until they decided not to refund the bacon. They went on to say "there were only 2 bites left" and "I shouldn't even be refunding the sandwich". There was no initial offer to remake the sandwich. I walked out initially but went back in because I didn't feel that was right. Right away, the manager of the Subway walks up to me with the manager of the Pilot (since they franchise this location), who also takes the Subway side. They did finally offer to remake the sub but at this point, I wasn't hungry. Eventually, after I continued to be civil about it, the Subway manager aggravatedly storms off saying "fine I'll just refund the bacon!" Not yelling, thankfully, but not being nice about it either.
So I walk to the register, where I'm immediately met with the two other employees saying "we looked at the sandwich and it was almost gone" and "you asked for extra jalapenos so you'll get stems" and "we don't have time to pick out all the stems". I get that stems are a fact of life. but I have NEVER gotten a stem on a sandwich, then suddenly I get 3 in the first half, and somehow this is my problem...
I honestly can't say if I'll be back or not, I believe in second chances, but I feel like they already wasted theirs.

No wonder why. I've been there so many times get fuel. Saw this subway always empty but still give a try and I don't have words for employees worst is they work according thr race..
How they have employees like them in such diverse platform like pilot fuel stations.

I have had gas station Sandwiches that have gave me more food the this and was ask if I wanted my foot long cut in half and I had order two footlong by the time it was done I had 4 6inch sandwich wrap up

Great experience, delicious subs and wraps. The lady training manager (I forgot her name) was absolutely the most amazing Subway employee I’ve ever encountered! Super friendly and accommodating. She was making subs/wraps, at the same time she was training 2 other employees. Subway, you made the best hire when you hired her! Give her a raise!!!Only downfall is that there is only seating for 6 people on the Subway side. We ended up sitting on the McDonald’s side and we didn’t notice the “McDonald’s customer only” sign until we were almost finished eating. So my husband went and ordered an iced coffee to be a customer!
