This place is filthy. Not one single table cleaned, trash all over the place. Wasn’t busy all, there were more employees than there were customers and yet no one found a few minutes to make the establishment presentable.

Dropped in while traveling. I wanted an unsweet iced tea. I ordered another item just because I was here. The gal at the front register asked me what I wanted to drink I told her a large unsweet tea. Not everyone can drink sugar laden drinks all the time. I go to fill up the iced tea and it is out. I ask if there is another iced tea container at the drive thru. She told me no that she thought some was out there already. I told her this is the reason I bought a drink.... So she proceeded to grab the iced tea container and take it in the back. I presumed this was to make tea and sat down to wait / eat my other food. I waited for a while presuming it might take a minute to brew. I walked up to the front with my cup and asked if I could get unsweet tea presuming common sense would suggest taking the container to the back to brew tea and initially it looked like that was what she did. I asked again. No we don't have unsweet tea. At this point I was dumbfounded by the lack of sense / customer service skills. I dropped in around 7PM. I don't think it is uncommon for folks to order iced tea at 7PM. I just walked out deciding the lack of customer service would proceed on a downward trajectory and quite simply the fact common sense was extremely uncommon here. I'm just glad this is not my resident BK. The one near me the employees seem to actually have some form of common sense.

place a mobile order go through the drive thru they tell me pull to the front and they will bring it out 10 mins later I notice calls behind me start to get there food I walk in and my food is just seating there because they forgot to bring it out

Went through the drive I was told "Please wait" they then serviced a car on the other side. Then they serviced 2 more cars on the other side. Another car pulled up the other side and I heard them start to order. So I gave up and left. I had a car behind me so I had to wait for the cars to then get their orders in front of me. Sad, because I like the Burger King in Green Valley and their service.

Went through drive thru. Service was good. Pleasant girl brought it out to the car. Only disappointing thing was cold fries.

Recently went to this Burger King in Benson and ordered one of their original chicken sandwiches (thru drive through). I normally like Burger King, but this time the sandwich was bad! The bread/roll was dry and hard. Should have been soft and warm. Sorry to day, my lunch was not good.
I just absolutely love eating old hashbrowns that have been sitting and are cold and hard, it's my favorite!! Simply put, don't eat here if you do keep an eye on these idiots or have them make new stuff because they WILL give you cold food that's been sitting around.

Got their at 10:23, me and other vehicles were waiting in the drive thru, all the store lights were on, menue board on. Drive thru person told us to wait, we all figured their already busy making others orders. Waited 15 minutes, all the outside lights turned off, still in driverhru, we all left. Figured they wanted us to wait till they closed. Look we get it, we've worked fast food before in our youth days, we already know how it feels to be exited to go home after slaving away your hours always on your feet for your comunity. And then customers come in before you close. Could have told us your shutting down or came out to us saying your having problems in your building

Stopped to get breakfast with the family and the food is terrible. 8am on a Sunday, it's basically a ghost town inside and the hash rounds we got are cold and hard. This isn't the first time this has happened and we won't be eating here any longer. It really doesn't take long to make fresh hashrounds. Why serve someone food that's been sitting there for a while???

I just absolutely love eating old hashbrowns that have been sitting and are cold and hard, it's my favorite!! Simply put, don't eat here if you do keep an eye on these idiots or have them make new stuff because they WILL give you cold food that's been sitting around.

Ordered a plain CB last week. Had NO cheese, with bun burnt. This week ordered a Coke, Only had Diet available. What's up with BENSON BK. It's a joke on roids.
