Party of 9 here, let me start by saying it was not busy, received the worst service ever. took 30 min to get our drinks never offered refills and was given my salad w no fork had to look for waitress. onion rings on two of my plates were missing with no prior knowledge that they didn’t have onion rings at the time because they ran out. Also, ran out of brócoli, green beans, for a plate. No Dr Pepper, no real Mac and cheese plates were substituted by microwaveable without notice , t-bones were cold, milk shake was melted ,no toilet paper in bathroom. I asked for a discount and supervisor offered desserts I asked for a better discount and offered 10% off. At the register they weren’t giving me the discount until I asked for a receipt and couldn’t give me a copy so I looked at the register and asked again for my discount. I was told because its the weekend they ran out of things NO EXCUSE this is no mom and pop. . these things should not happen!. COME ON TRY BETTER MANAGEMENT!

Benson Resident here…Normally breakfast is fairly good and not an issue. But this time for dinner it’s clear the kitchen is having issues. Unsalted burger patty’s, they probably used seasoned old oil for the so called seasoned fries, and the buffalo boneless I think shouldn’t even be on the menu (this is more of a corporate issue probably).

I stopped by Denny’s recently and had a great experience from start to finish. The place was clean, bright, and welcoming exactly what you want from a classic diner. Our server was super friendly and attentive, checking in just the right amount without hovering, and she made sure everything came out hot and quick.

Diner in small town. Hostess was pleasant, seated, took my order. I got a new item, the BLT& E slamwich. The iced tea was very fresh tasting and refreshing. The sandwich and hash browns were flavorful & filling.
