Food was good, staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I was disappointed that a number of food items were “out for the rest of the weekend”. This included gravy, wings and all but 2 types of soda in the fountain. I’d go back since the food I had was very good.

Let's start with speaking to Jared on election night what seemed like an awesome guy assured me that they don't always close early and they do have food normally I live 104 miles away in safford I often go to Tucson for appointments and do not like going to the north side and because Benson is on the way home I like to stop there but every time I go they don't have food or something else is going on tonight was one of those nights again they don't realize someone traveling back and forth across the bottom half of the state do not want to hear the same excuse every time the food extremely mediocre and old nothing fresh this was also at 5:00 in the afternoon and they were out of most of their food for the rest of the evening I was advised by their manager that day who was not Jared Nor the manager that Jared was so glad for me to speak with eventually I feel like I got jipped out of my money food and service

The barbecue sauce is now in singe serving cold packets, where before it was in a nice hot serving container, where you served yourself. Bad decision, corporate!
It was like going into a fast food restaurant , and I was not happy. If it weren't for the brisket, I would not go back. All of the drinks were out of order. They had nothing to put ice cream in, no bowls or cones. The lemonade was very weak.
I'm sad for the degration of the restaurant to a fast food chain. I loved the old way that the restaurant was inviting and personal.

The pulled pork was very dry, the chicken breast was flavorful but a bit dry, the brisket was dry but good taste. The 1/2 rack of ribs were also dry. For the price the portions were small. I will not come here again.

For a big chain barbecue restaurant, this place is great. The food is delicious, and the service is great 👍
We stopped here for lunch on the way back to El Paso. We are glad we did! We tried the chicken, brisket and sausage! It was all tender and delicious. Mac-n- cheese, fried okra and baked potato for sides. All equally good. Probably the best part of this restaurant were the two gentlemen working behind the counter, very friendly and eager to help us with whatever we needed, especially since we were first -timers there 🙏. They gave us a military discount as a bonus. When passing through again, we will make that a must stop! Thank you!

Food was good but I feel extremely priced. Paid over $12 for a turkey sandwich and a bag of chips. Sandwich only had pickles cause I asked for them and bbq sauce. Sandwich size was like a junior portion. ?
