Food was good, staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. I was disappointed that a number of food items were “out for the rest of the weekend”. This included gravy, wings and all but 2 types of soda in the fountain. I’d go back since the food I had was very good.
The barbecue sauce is now in singe serving cold packets, where before it was in a nice hot serving container, where you served yourself. Bad decision, corporate!
It was like going into a fast food restaurant , and I was not happy. If it weren't for the brisket, I would not go back.

We stopped here for lunch on the way back to El Paso. We are glad we did! We tried the chicken, brisket and sausage! It was all tender and delicious. Mac-n- cheese, fried okra and baked potato for sides. All equally good. Probably the best part of this restaurant were the two gentlemen working behind the counter, very friendly and eager to help us with whatever we needed, especially since we were first -timers there 🙏.
