Stopped here for lunch passing through. They serve breakfast all day and had many options. The raspberry iced tea was awesome! The corn muffin was the best I ever had I ended up getting one to go as well.
I'm rating this restaurant as average. It was pretty loud, but had a homey atmosphere. Though the food was pretty good, not great, service was not. First of all, they were really busy and severely understaffed. They did the best they could without the support they should have gotten from those higher up. Secondly, they were unable to master their payment technology and had to call presumably the owner for assistance. We, and those behind us, waited 10-15 minutes to pay, first...
Food was good, hostess/waitress is a jewel, worth stopping at but beware, the owner does not distinguish between credit and debit even though the bank does. They still take 3% service charge for a debit transaction, thus increasing their profit margin.
