We have always liked going to eat at the Horseshoe; however, today's visit was not the best. The ribs were extremely salty and not as juicy as usual. My cobb salad was nothing but romaine lettuce with a scant sprinkle of parmesean and even less bacon bits. It lacked tomatoes, chives, avocado and boiled eggs. 😞 Don't know if we'll try again. The prices were very high for what we were served.

First of all they didn’t get the order right, they messed up two of our four orders. The staff tho was friendly, but on the flip side they didn’t bother to check up on us. We had to flag them down to get refills. I also found a hair in my burger. As I look towards the kitchen none of the chefs were not wearing facial hair nets (if they had facial hair) nor wearing gloves. As I observed the waiters I seen them touch the food against themselves, which is gross. Overall do not recommend eating here. Overpriced food just for it to be messed up. 👎

Now this is a meal worth driving to, definitely make the effort to come eat here. We had the ham and egg plate, and the green chili and cheese omelette. Both were so delicious we did not even take pictures of the food. We will be back again before we leave, again do yourself a favor and drive over here and get you some food.

When you first walk in there is an atmosphere of good vibes and great smiles. Great decore and great personality. I wasn't expecting big food from a lil dinner but they did not disappoint. I do a lot of reviews and so I order quite a bit. The Philly is a big boy and the meat is so juicy and full of flavor. The Nashville hot chicken sandwicheswich has a slaw in it that is a lil different then I'm use to but definitely wasn't bad at all. They also have beef footling dogs. That is very flavorful I went with the chilli dog with jalapenos on top. The wings I grabbed mango habanero and my wife got bbq. If I had to critique anything it would be the mango habanero sauce could be a little more hebenero fire lol but I eat Carolina reaper lol. So 🤷🏿♂️ the korri the waitress was awesome and kept everything good. Such a great personality and kept the smile going the whole time. Definitely bring the kids here.

Took a drive out to Benson from Tucson and stopped by—so glad we did. We all really enjoyed the food; the quantity, quality, and overall taste were top-notch. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had our 1-year-old with us, and they were incredibly kind to him, making him smile the whole time. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back and adding this place to our regular list of restaurants to visit.

She was nice enough, however she kept disappearing. The food wasn't as hot when we got it because it sat in the window. We didn't get a refill on our drinks. We weren't super impressed but decided to give it one more try this last friday. Our server Ruby was awesome. She was funny and on it with the refills and great customer service. We're going to ask to sit her in section everytime. She's a great waitress. Definitely excited to see her again as she had us cracking up the whole time. If you get a chance to go, definitely ask for Ruby.
