I had a great experience at Jack in the Box thanks to the excellent customer service. Christina and the staff was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. They greeted me with a positive attitude and kept everything moving quickly, even during a busy time. It really made a difference and shows they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our service was fine, other than we ordered a burger without cheese but we were given a burger with cheese. The jalapeño poppers cheese seemed old. The lettuce on my tacos was brown and wilted. Just disappointed.

Rebecca and her crew tonight were amazing and absolutely fantastic! She was so helping and getting everyone on there way with a smile. My daughter did happen to have an accident in the bathroom and I went to help clean and she said that it’s her job and she would clean it up with a smile things happen and little kids can’t control a upset stomach! Beyond my best experience and my first time coming there as well she gave excellent service too. Jack in the box management should be very proud of her and her crew

Stopped there today and got the big breakfast. Most disgusting eggs I've seen. No syrup for my toast sticks. Out of creamer for coffee. Burgers tasted old. Very disappointing from a place we usually like

The staff there are super sweet and sassy. They treat my 150 pound baby Oso my chocolate Newfoundland pup with so much love at the drive through with his favorite pup cup whip cream. Hard working staff.

the mozzarella sticks are amazingly so good!! I love mozzarella sticks and these obese are so tasty and have a nice kick definitely getting them again :)

What can I say? I was treated like a king from walk in to exit. Food was delicious 😋 and Rebekah is a customer service specialist! Made me feel welcome and was very kind. Not used to this top notch service at other Jack locations I've been to, so thank you!

I dread when this is my only option for food in Benson this place has some of the worst customer service and don't come if your looking for food in a timely manner I feel like every time I'm in the drive through its like a half hour I really wonder what the district manager or franchise owner think of this location

8 pm dinner for 4 terrible service no receipt in drive thrue claims there not serving the item on there menu even though even the app still has it I ask for the receipt and get ignored . Our food isn't even bagged or in warmer it just cooling on the counter while we're stuck parked waiting for over 30 min management needs to step up on this night crew

I work late hours and on multiple occasions I crave my feet up while I enjoy a Southwest salad from here, only to get denied because DAY SHIFT CANT STOCK LATE SHIFT WITH THESE AMAZING SALADS????
That doesn’t stop DOMINIC AND WILLOW!!!! You two team work like no other!!! Seriously, 9 out of 15 times DOMINIC has apologized and started asking me to give him a moment and he will arrange for me to have a salad close to what I always order so I don’t have to order something else and go home disappointed AGAIN !!!
THEN, Ms.Willow finds out that I have experienced this with her shift about 4 out of 7 times and she ALSO MADE A SOUTHWEST SALAD FOR ME that WASNT STOCKED OR PREPPED FROM DAY SHIFT BEING LAZY OR CUTTING OUT BEFORE THEIR SIDE WORK WAS COMPLETED????
Thank you both for making either myself or myself and my car pool coworkers feel special!!! It’s always a good feeling when we really have our mind made for an item that’s supposed to be available, it is on the menu, but these two individuals , STAR EMPLOYEES go beyond letting OTHERS set them back!!!! DAMAGE CONTROL FOR REAL!!!! They don’t stop smiling, providing great service, providing professional service, giving customers a visit to appreciate. A reason to return, knowing I only order salads, SOUTHWEST SALADS . Their determination to satisfy has created a return customer!!! Now it’s a late night hit or miss but believe me when I say it’s not your salad anymore , I’ve given up and know it’s probably not stocked but their attitude is what brings us back now!!!! Dominic and Willow you are “team work” - 100%!!! Thank you for a Jo multiple times WELL DONE!!! Don’t leave because we will follow to get your style of action and customer service and support!!!
