We love breakfast jacks with sausage for lunch so we stopped here for the first time since we moved here. Omg no sausage the eggs were burnt and the cheese was hard??? Hash browns were over cooked and greasy. AND WE HAD TO PULL UP AND WAIT FOR IT. Nope never again.

They’re unfair. I don’t like them. They’re rude oh and don’t even get me started on how they treat their workers. I don’t like them they can get shut down or go to hell for all I care but here’s how I feel about it if you’re going to fire someone without following protocol then at least do it you know on your own time but you really shouldn’t do it at all because he’s how I feel about it. I see you’re firing someone without giving them first a verbal warning, then a ride and then firing them or then suspending them and then firing them. No, you’re going straight to doing all of it instead of doing it in order that’s not how you run a business y’all are pathetic. Y’all are rude and y’all are on business savvy thank you very much. Y’all are not business savvy at all and you need some freaking help and retraining.

Been here 2x they dont say hi at the drive thru for 10 mins and ive never gotten food faster than 30 mins. I pulled up to the window this time after waiting at the speaker for a while and the lady ignored me for like 5 mins again and then said sorry theyre backed up. I can see why, they make you wait forever to even place the order and then you have to wait for them to make it.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a jack in the box. Not a single clean table in the restaurant. Didn’t have croissants at breakfast time so got charged extra for sourdough even though they didn’t have the normal croissant. Overall very disappointing

The food was cold, and we ordered #3 #1 3orders of the tacos, jr kids cheese burger, and jr chicken sandwich. My kids didn't enjoy their kids' meal options 😒 🙄
