I wouldn't usually review a fast food location these days but late at night on our way home through Benson we stopped here, and considering the community and it's size this restaurant is rather epic. Everything good related was as you'd expect it, but the location design and overall impression is unexpected.

NOT ALL JACK-IN-THE-BOXES ARE EQUAL! At all fast-food restaurants (i.e. McDonalds, Whataburger, Arby's, etc) the food varies depending on the store, depending on the care taken by the cooks in preparation of the meal. Worse yet, the service varies widely. NOTE: The Benson Jack-in-The-Box has presentable (i.e. good) food and the same for their service. KUDOS: There is one employee, however, who works there that gives 'exeptional' service the two times I have been there on my way through Benson. His name is Alexander. Watch for him and give him notice of this Google Review.

This was the nicest fast food restaurant I've ever been to!!Brand new building. Food was perfect. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I've never before been so impressed by a fast food restaurant!(This is our first visit ever to a Jack in the Box.)

The 'go to the parking lot and we'll bring it around' policy had the staff giving our food away twice before they finally got the right car. I don't blame the employees, I blame a frankly stupid driver thru experience. More like a drive IN, except those give you your food in under 30 minutes.

I just want to say Sandra in front is amazing, she’s so sweet and made it such a great order process. She took my order with a smile, and helped me with the math of buying the 2 tacos for 1.79$ thank you so much Sandra! I hope the workers know what a great employee you are! And she was cleaning the lobby wiping stuff down and still getting orders out.The woman at the window was also taking orders running them out and sounded so kind talking on headset, the employees in the back were WORKING FAST MAKING FOOD! Communiting super well the crew they have right now is GREAT. Not sure what all the names are but I will say, it’s January 6, 2024 at 11:56AM so I Ho ever was scheduled and worked this time did FANTASTIC! ❤️? thank you Jack in the box in benson!
